Elton John Being Sued For Sexual Assault Of Security Guard

The details of a lawsuit against Elton John get pretty creepy, and they are now being revealed to the public in a filing. John’s former security guard is suing him for not one assault, but for a pattern of sexual assault that includes suggestive language and unwanted touching. Elton is 69 and a married father of twins. The former security guard is suing for sexual assault and battery.

According to The Inquisitr, sexually related arrests and lawsuits filed against celebrities seem to be on the rise, as with the cases of Mark Salling of Glee and Subway spokesman Jared Fogle. Salling’s house was raided for child pornography, and fans of Glee were shocked to hear that there were images of children found on his computer. Fans of Elton John believed at his age, and now with a marriage and children, his rumored wild lifestyle was behind him.

TMZ is reporting that Elton John’s former bodyguard Jeffrey Wenninger is suing him, giving very detailed information in his filing for sexual battery. The filing said that Elton John would call himself “Uncle Elton” when asking Wenninger to touch him, and show John his penis.

Wenninger said that all three incidents happened in 2014, and the first involved Elton John thrusting his hand down Wenninger’s pants. Wenninger said that Elton John “attempted to grab his genitals and put his fingers between Wenninger’s butt cheeks.” The former security guard said he did everything he could to discourage Elton John, but none if it worked.

“Get your todger out” and “say hello to Uncle Elton.”

Wenninger said that Elton John put his hands on him, and it was always unwanted. Once in the car, Wenninger said that John twisted his nipples, and called him a “gorgeous thing.” Elton John is not commenting publicly on the suit, and there is also no information on how much Wenninger is seeking.

The Mirror is saying that Jeffrey Wenninger is suing Elton John for amongst other things, putting his hands on the security guard’s genitals. Most of the incidents allegedly involving Elton John took place in John’s car when the two were alone. Wenninger said he was very clear with Elton John that he was not interested and did not want John to touch him:

Perez Hilton says that the salacious language allegedly used by Elton John to his employee is at the very least disturbing. Wenninger claims that he tried to avoid Elton John touching him, but he wasn’t successful, as Elton insisted and got forceful with him.

Perez Hilton is suggesting that if any of these accusations are true, it will be very harmful to Elton John’s husband and his two sons. The happy family was just photographed celebrating Elton John’s 69th birthday with him.

It is not yet clear whether or not Wenninger left the employment of Sir Elton John (John has been knighted by Queen Elizabeth) because of the sexual harassment or not, and Elton John is not commenting on the suit or on the employ of Jeffrey Wenninger.
