‘Teen Mom 2′ Jenelle Evans’ Boyfriend, David Eason, Arrested

Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend, David Eason, appears to be a lot like her previous boyfriends. In addition to fighting with her mother, as fans will see during Teen Mom 2 Season 7, Eason reportedly has trouble following the law, and on March 28, he was arrested.

According to a new report, Eason, who has been dating Jenelle Evans since last year, was arrested on Monday and taken into custody at the New Hanover County Detention Facility in Castle Hayne, North Carolina.

“He was brought at 10:52 am this morning,” a spokesperson for the New Hanover County Detention Facility, told Radar Online.

As if Jenelle Evans didn’t have enough of her plate with not one, but two, custody battles, one against her mother, Barbara Evans, who currently has custody of her 6-year-old son, Jace, and another against Nathan Griffith, her ex-fiancé, Jenelle Evans is now having to deal with the legal drama surrounding her current flame.

The spokesperson went on to reveal that Jenelle Evans’ main squeeze, Eason, was arrested for a domestic violence protection order violation, and remained in custody only until 2:45 in the afternoon, after he posted $2,500 in bail.

According to a source close to Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend, his arrest occurred as a result of him having run into his son at a grocery store.

“David got arrested today because he has a no contact order on him,” the source explained. “And he was in the grocery store getting juice for Kaiser when he saw his son and gave him a hug… His ex’s mom was with his son, not his ex, and her mom got mad and told his ex. His ex contacted the police. Since he was around his son, he ‘violated’ the no contact order.”

One very important detail that wasn’t revealed in regard to Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend’s arrest was why there would be a no contact order in place, banning him from being around his own child. However, because Jenelle Evans has two children of her own, who are often with Eason, it is certainly cause for concern.

Radar Online went on to reveal that Eason has been arrested before. In July, 2012, Jenelle Evans’ boyfriend was taken into custody in New Hanover County for “obtaining property by false pretenses.” Then, days later, Eason was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and sentenced to probation for his alleged crime.

“Eason then was convicted in October 2012 of breaking and entering, larceny and damaging property—his probation was revoked,” Radar Online continued. “He served time in Goldsboro, North Carolina’s Neuse Correctional institution from October 8, 2014 and January 2, 2015.”

Just last week, during an interview with People Magazine, Jenelle Evans gushed over her boyfriend.

“He’s a very hard worker, and I love that about him,” Jenelle Evans said. “He doesn’t care about me making money, or how much I get, he still pays his own bills, and he still gives me money for rent and everything, which I’ve never had any boyfriend do!”

Jenelle Evans also alleged Eason was great with her kids.

“Jace absolutely loves him, [he] always wants to be around him, and he has an 8-year-old daughter that comes and spends the weekends along with Jace, so they get along very well and everyone is just really happy.”

Jenelle Evans even said she “can definitely see him as a great person [to have kids with].”
