Beyoncé Asks For Help From The Parents Of Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, And Tamir Rice For Upcoming Project — Beyoncé Fans Anticipate Surprise Album Drop

Apparently, Beyoncé was only getting started when she hit the Super Bowl halftime show with the debut of her new song, “Formation.” On Saturday, one of Beyoncé’s fan clubs, The BeyHive Team, announced that she will be putting together another music video with the help of the parents of Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, and Tamir Rice, according to the Grio.

Rice, Martin, and Brown have all become familiar faces in the Black Lives Matter movement. According to reports, Beyoncé’s new music video will feature their parents holding pictures of the slain men. Although the move has not yet been confirmed, Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, have been active in the Black Lives Matter movement previously, making some pretty large donations and even reportedly bailing BLM protestors out of jail.

Over the last week, photos have begun to circulate that show Beyoncé and Jay-Z spending time with the parents of young men and women who are the alleged victims of police brutality. The famous couple has also been spotted recently at rallies meant to bring attention to police brutality and other racial injustices.

Another picture has cropped up, and Beyoncé isn’t in that one. Instead, it shows the mother of Mike Smith standing in the center, flanked by Tamir Rice’s mother and Trayvon Martin’s mother. All three women are dressed in black and are holding a picture of their dead sons. Lezley McSpadden, Brown’s mother, is holding her fist in the air, and is wearing a belt made of shotgun shells, much like Beyoncé’s costume in the “Formation” video.

All three families have been a huge part of the Black Lives Matter movement, and it’s no surprise that they would willingly take part in any project Beyoncé requests, given her involvement in the movement, as well. Is it all for an upcoming Beyoncé album?

There have been rumors and a lot of speculation that Beyoncé will be dropping a surprise album on April 4. Mic goes into great detail about the significance of the number four to Beyonce and why people believe that will be the date of her new release. If that is the case, it would be Beyoncé’s sixth studio album, and many believe it will be an activist album, full of Black Lives Matter messages and remembrances for those who died too young because of police brutality.

Hollywood Life thinks there will be even more to it. Beyoncé fans have been looking for clues, and may have found one on her official YouTube account. Apparently, YouTube says the singer has 120 videos uploaded, but only 102 are visible to fans. Based on that information, they believe Beyoncé’s upcoming album release will include music videos, much like her last surprise album. Is it possible that Beyoncé is getting ready to drop a whole album and 18 music videos, too?

Beyonce begins “The Formation Tour” in Miami on April 27, lending credibility to the rumors that she might be dropping a full album any day now. When the “Formation” single and video were released just in time for the Super Bowl, Beyoncé was heavily criticized for her support of the Black Lives Matter movement and for supporting the anniversary of the Black Panther party. Police unions spoke out in anger about the singer’s performance, and even threatened to boycott her world tour, leaving fans unprotected if they went to the concert. It turns out all the uproar was a waste of time, though, because when Beyoncé fans clapped back at police threats to boycott, we learned that they wouldn’t leave concert venues unmanned and unprotected.

Do you think Beyoncé will release a new album or possibly a series of music videos on her wedding anniversary, which happens to be April 4? Certainly she’s got some project going with the parents of Tamir Rice, Mike Brown, and Trayvon Martin.
