Marilyn Ghigliotti’s sex tape is creating drama as the former star of the movie “Clerks” has claimed it was taken without her consent and tried to keep the former boyfriend behind the tape away from her.
Ghigliotti, who played the girlfriend of Dante Hicks in the movie, said she never consented to the tape despite the insinuations from what she said is a bitter ex-boyfriend, TMZ reported. She has filed a request for a restraining order against the ex, 47-year-old Eric Nyenhuis, who Marilyn lived with until October of last year.
The Marilyn Ghigliotti sex tape is just the tip of the iceberg in their nasty split. Marilyn claims he has been harassing her since their break-up, even creating a website dedicated to publicly trashing her. He has insinuated that he has a sex tape featuring the actress, though it has not surfaced.
Marilyn has asked a judge to force Eric to stay more than 100 yards away from her at all times, Hollywood.com reported. A hearing is set for next month.
Her legal drama doesn’t do much to the stigma of her Clerks character Veronica’s philandering ways. In the movie she caused conflict with on-again boyfriend Dante when she admitted that she performed oral sex on 37 different men. The 51-year-old actress has appeared in only a handful of movies since Clerks was released in 1994, mostly short films. Marilyn Ghigliotta last appeared in 2011’s “Alien Armageddon.”
For her part, Marilyn Ghigliotti says there is no sex tape, and if there was she never consented to it being made.
