Kasey Kahl Arrested: ‘Bachelorette’ Star Charged With Assault [Video]

Kasey Kahl was arrested again for a January incident in which he was drunk and disorderly outside a California bar. This marks the second time this year the former contestant on “The Bachelorette” has been arrested for the incident.

There initially weren’t too many detail about Kahl’s previous arrest outside Club Habanos in Fresno, Calif., HollywoodLife.com reported. But Kahl’s newest arrest sheds some light on the incident–police have charged the 29-year-old Kahl with multiple felonies for allegedly attacking two people at the nightclub on Jan. 15.

The incident allegedly took place while Kasey Kahl was under the influence , thought Kahl denied the charge in an interview with TMZ.com after being released from jail. Police documents showed that Kahl allegedly attacked a man named Richard Cheney and hit Cheney’s girlfriend in the face.

Kahl is sticking by the story that he was on no drugs whatsoever the night of the brawl. He told TMZ that he has never huffed paint in his life, never so much as smoked marijuana, and that police never took a blood test or alcohol test to prove he was under the influence. He also said he never threw the first punch and was only defending himself during the brawl.

Kasey was charged with two counts of felony assault, one count of battery with serious bodily injury, and one count of public intoxication.

Kasey Kahl faces up to eight years in prison if convicted on all charges. He was held at a jail in Santa Ana, Calif., before being released from the Orange County Jail System.
