WWE Rumor: Wyatt Family To Interfere In Brock Lesnar Vs. Dean Ambrose Match At ‘WrestleMania 32’

Prior to the Royal Rumble this past January, it looked like WWE was planning a Bray Wyatt vs. Brock Lesnar match at WrestleMania 32. In fact, at one point, that was the plan. But, for whatever reason, WWE ended up changing their mind, and Lesnar’s WrestleMania opponent is Dean Ambrose. However, Lesnar and the Wyatt Family are still involved with each other.

Brock Lesnar made a rare appearance on SmackDown this past Thursday, and the Wyatt Family, minus Luke Harper who may be out of action for the next six months due to a knee injury, confronted Lesnar during his appearance, which led to “The Beast” laying waste to them.

That was followed up by Dean Ambrose coming out, which, of course, led to Ambrose getting destroyed as well.

According to Cageside Seats, we may see the Wyatts get involved with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 32 by way of a run-in during his no-holds barred match with Dean Ambrose. Apparently, WWE’s plan is to use a Wyatt Family run-in as a way to get to finish the match, which suggests that they’re going to cause “The Beast” to lose at AT&T Stadium.

“There’s more talk of The Wyatt Family getting involved in the Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar match at WrestleMania 32, possibly as a way to get to the finish.”

It’s been reported that WWE is planning on doing a Brock Lesnar vs. Bray Wyatt match at some point in the future, possibly at SummerSlam in August. So, Wyatt causing Lesnar to lose to Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania could kick off the build to that match.

It’s expected that Brock Lesnar will be off of WWE television for quite some time after WrestleMania 32, as he typically leaves until the summertime after the big event. So, if the Wyatts don’t get involved in his match with Dean Ambrose on April 3, then they may end up laying him out on the following night’s RAW, which would be a good way to explain his absence for the following three months.

As of this writing, Bray Wyatt hasn’t been officially announced as a participant in any of the scheduled matches at WrestleMania 32. It was previously assumed that he’d be in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, but it’s likely that Wyatt Family member Braun Strowman will end up winning that match, so it wouldn’t make much sense for Bray to be a part of that match, unless WWE is planning on breaking up the Wyatt Family.

Following WWE Roadblock, which was supposed to feature Bray Wyatt vs. Brock Lesnar, it was reported that Bray was suffering from an injury, which is why Luke Harper ended up wrestling Lesnar at the event instead. It’s unclear how severe Bray’s injury actually is, but it probably won’t prevent him from doing anything physical at WrestleMania 32 if the Wyatts do end up running in during the Lesnar vs. Ambrose match.

Of course, WWE could just decide that the Lesnar vs. Ambrose match will have enough craziness in it, and if the Wyatt’s do run-in, that could be overkill.

We already know that Dean Ambrose will be breaking out the barbwire bat, which was given to him by Mick Foley, and a chainsaw, which was given to him by Terry Funk, at WrestleMania 32. So, adding more to the match may be too much.
