Leah Messer Blames MTV For Making Her Look Bad On ‘Teen Mom 2’ Again

Leah Messer isn’t taking any responsibility for the behavior fans witnessed during Monday’s Season 7 premiere of Teen Mom 2. Instead, the reality star is taking aim at MTV for editing her to look bad on the show.

During Monday’s show, Leah Messer was seen texting and driving, but she later told fans she doesn’t always do so. She was then seen failing to feed her kids breakfast before school but claimed 6-year-olds Ali and Aleeah ate once they got there. As for the rest of her antics, which included allowing her 3-year-old to eat Sweet & Low straight out of the packet and looking as if she was about to fall asleep at the wheel, Leah Messer insists what was seen wasn’t the truth.

After a fan tweeted to Leah Messer that she doesn’t know how the reality star and mother of three endures such criticism online, Messer took aim at her editor, blaming the unidentified MTV staffer, or likely staffers, for making her look bad on the show.

“My point exactly. It’s so sad how the person behind the editing can even live a happy life by editing to manipulate the audience watching. It makes me feel like my story just isn’t enough,” Leah Messer told fans.

Continuing on to fans, Leah Messer admitted that she did hit a low point, but claimed to have come out of it. She didn’t, however, reveal whether this low point was prior to her 2015 stint in treatment, or after.

“I DID hit rock bottom but I come out of it and I was willing to air it ALL because if just ONE person watched and reached out for HELP even when they feel so ALONE that’s all I cared about because I could NEVER imagine ANYONE feeling the pain, hurt, depression AND anxiety that I WAS suffering from,” Leah Messer continued. “It would break my heart! I wanted to bring awareness and HELP others and if MTV couldn’t share that then I will do it on my own the way God wants me to!!!!”

While Leah Messer claimed to be suffering from anxiety and depression, rumors regarding her addiction to prescription painkillers have been swirling since late 2014, when her second husband, Jeremy Calvert, announced plans for divorce.

Leah Messer ended her rant telling fans, “It hurts to feel BETRAYED by the ones I THOUGHT I could trust with my story. It goes to show you how ‘THE ENTERTAINMENT WORLD’ really is and I guess everyone will see where I REALLY am starting episode 4.”

This isn’t the first time Leah Messer has accused production of making her look bad. Just last year, she did the same thing.

As Teen Mom 2 fans may recall, Leah Messer accused MTV of scripting a portion of her story during Season 6. After an episode aired, in which her ex-husbands, Corey Simms and Jeremy Calvert, were seen discussing her “prescription pill problem,” Leah Messer took to Twitter, where she claimed the entire scene was staged by production and told fans the two men actually don’t get along.

As Teen Mom 2 Season 7 continues, fans will watch as Leah Messer loses custody to Corey Simms before he later agrees to split time with their twins.
