Adam Levine’s Wife, Behati Prinsloo, Hits The Red Carpet After Pregnancy News, Shows Off Baby Bump

Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are reportedly expecting their first child together later this year, and earlier this week, the Victoria’s Secret model hit the red carpet for the first time since her baby news was announced. While wearing a loose-fitting black gown, she gave photographers the first look at her tiny baby bump.

While Adam Levine and Prinsloo haven’t yet released a statement, officially confirming their exciting news, they’ve often spoke out about their desires to start a family, and now that Prinsloo isn’t shying away from showing off her growing belly, it’s safe to say that she and Adam Levine will soon become parents.

As Us Weekly revealed on March 23, Prinsloo was out in New York City this week wearing an outfit that just barely showcased her baby bump on Wednesday before hitting the red carpet later that evening during the launch of her new Behati X Juicy Couture Black Label collection at Dream Downtown.

Just months after Adam Levine and Prinsloo tied the knot in July, 2014, the Maroon 5 frontman spoke out, revealing he and Prinsloo were definitely planning to start a family.

“We’re definitely going to do it,” Adam Levine told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM show, via Us Weekly, “I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than would be socially responsible.”

Wife Prinsloo was also on board with multiple kids.

“I’ve always wanted a family since I was a little girl, a big family,” Prinsloo explained during an interview with The Lowdown’s Diana Madison. “I’m an only child so I wanted like 10 kids…for sure.”

In addition to Adam Levine’s wife’s pregnancy, Prinsloo’s best friend and fellow model, Candice Swaneopoel, is also expecting her first child, which she confirmed earlier this month with a belly photo on Instagram.

“Candice and Behati are best friends and they are not far apart from each other in pregnancy due dates,” a source told E! News. “They both have been experiencing the first stages of being pregnant together and are happy to have each other who understand. They can’t wait to be mommies!”

In other Adam Levine news, the longtime coach of The Voice was previously rumored to be planning his exit from the series in order to make time for his new duties as a father, but a short time after the rumor surfaced, it was shot down by a separate source, who explained that due to his flexible schedule on the show, he had no reason to cut ties.

“Adam would stay with The Voice and will stay with The Voice even if he becomes a father,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “The amount of time he would have to be away really wouldn’t be that much. He could easily do both. The Voice schedule would offer no neglect to family duties and he would be able to do it because The Voice would be accommodating to all of his needs. They would all be able to work out a proper schedule to make it all work out.”

Currently, Adam Levine is spending the majority of his time in Los Angeles, where The Voice is filmed, while Prinsloo is based out of New York City.
