Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom will be seen together in the upcoming episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 12. Although it has been years since the former couple filmed together, the E! Network has just confirmed Odom’s Season 12 appearance, revealing his recovery will continue as the new episodes air.
As fans of the show saw during Season 11, Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband suffered a drug overdose in October 2015 that nearly took his life.
On March 25, E! News confirmed a Season 12 premiere date of May 1 and revealed that during the new episodes, fans will watch as “Khloe Kardashian continues to help ex Lamar Odom on his road to recovery.”

When Khloe Kardashian got news of Odom’s overdose on October 13, she and her mother, Kris Jenner, and sister Kim Kardashian immediately boarded a private jet and flew to Las Vegas, where he had been hospitalized. For several days straight, Khloe Kardashian remained at his side.
Although Khloe Kardashian and Odom were not a couple when he overdosed at a legal brothel in Nevada, their divorce had yet to be finalized, which left Kardashian in charge of making key decisions throughout his recovery. Also during his recovery, Khloe Kardashian signed documents to have their request for divorce thrown out, which it was.
After Odom’s hospitalization, his condition was quite bleak, and many didn’t believe he would make it. Luckily, however, Odom came out of his coma within three days and was later transferred to Los Angeles, where he continued his recovery for three months at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center before leaving the facility for a home near Khloe Kardashian’s residence in Calabasas, California.

Because of Khloe Kardashian’s ongoing dedication to her husband’s health, many rumors have claimed the two could be headed for a reconciliation. While that hasn’t happened yet, it ultimately could. In fact, Odom already has a plan in place, according to a new report.
“Lamar’s always the one with a big surprise and he’s planning to shock [Khloe Kardashian] on her own show. He’s considering ringing that doorbell, with flowers and champagne in hand, and surprising her and her guests,” a source close to Odom revealed to Hollywood Life of his potential guest appearance on Kocktails with Khloe.
“He thinks it would be the perfect venue for him to get down on one knee and ask Khloe to be with him romantically once again. He knows she’d say yes,” the source added. “He understands that when he puts her on the spot, her true feelings of love and sex appeal for him will always reveal itself.”
Khloe Kardashian was married to Odom from September 2009 until she filed for divorce in December 2013. However, even after splitting, the couple remained in touch off-and-on and appear to have been quite close in the months since he was released from the hospital.
“Without a doubt, Khloe’s still madly attracted to Lamar,” the source explained. “His sexiness has reached a whole new high given the courage he’s shown to fight and take his life back. Khloe loves that. She loves to see the underdog fight his way back to a big victory and that’s exactly what Lamar’s done. She’s turned on by him, still. That’s never going to change.”
