Kandi Burruss’ Manager DonJuan Clark Tattles On Phaedra Parks And Porsha Williams

According to DonJuan Clark, Kandi Burruss’ manager, her The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars Phaedra Parks and Porsha Williams actually apologized to him after they filmed their verbal argument, the very argument that Phaedra and Porsha was still mad about at the reunion show.

On Monday, after part 1 of the Season 8 reunion show aired on Sunday night, DonJuan posted a cartoon to his Instagram page that poked fun of Kandi’s “Kandi Koated Klique,” which he is accused of being a part of along with Kandi’s assistant Carmon Cambrice. DonJuan claimed that viewers never got to see the full scene that showed everything that Phaedra and Porsha were talking about, which according to him included personal attacks. DonJuan also claimed that after his verbal altercation with Phaedra and Porsha, they actually called him to apologize.

What was edited out? As previously reported by the Inquisitr, right after that episode aired, DonJuan wrote on social media that Phaedra and Porsha also talked about Demetria’s dancing in the video and other things regarding the music video. DonJuan believed that Phaedra and Porsha talking about such things, presumably in a negative way, when there were reporters and bloggers around was wrong. DonJuan also wrote that he actually wasn’t eavesdropping but it was edited to look that way.

During part 1 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 8 reunion show, host Andy Cohen brought up the verbal argument that DonJuan Clark got into with Phaedra Parks and Porsha Williams during Kandi Burruss’ party to premiere her new single with Demetria McKinney. As shown in an early season episode, after Kandi and Demetria showed their music video, Phaedra and Porsha hung outside the party venue. While outside, they started talking about Phaedra’s dispute with Kandi’s husband, Todd Tucker, over the money owed to him for a prenatal fitness video that he worked on for her years ago. Phaedra gave Porsha her side of the story, which is that she already paid him thousands of dollars and that she never got a product that she can put out on the market.

As Phaedra and Porsha were talking to one another, DonJuan, who overheard the conversation, interrupted them. He criticized Phaedra and Porsha for talking about something concerning Kandi in a public setting in what he felt was a negative way. In a later episode, DonJuan and Carmon wouldn’t leave Kandi’s side when Porsha tried to have a private conversation with her regarding the incident at her music video party.

On the reunion show, it was revealed that Phaedra paid Todd all of the money due a week prior to the reunion filming. Phaedra complained that despite Todd being paid all of his money, she still doesn’t have a video that she can commercially release.

“Yeah, okay,” Kandi said as she rolled her eyes and let out an exasperated sigh.

Kandi then defended DonJuan and Carmon. When asked if she thinks DonJuan and Carmon overstepped their boundaries, Kandi said no. Kandi said that her team “goes hard” for her and she “goes hard” for them. Phaedra said that she would never let her employees talk about any of her friends. Kandi pointed out that DonJuan and Carmon aren’t just her employees but her friends with whom she has been close to for years.

Porsha called DonJuan and Carmon a “clique” and accused DonJuan of interjecting himself into the drama to get himself some camera time. Porsha said that she and Phaedra were having their own conversation when all of a sudden DonJuan arrived and threw personal insults at her. Kandi retorted that they shouldn’t have talked negatively about her husband and his business. Phaedra said that Kandi can’t expect others to not talk about her husband when she’s letting Todd and DonJuan go around town talking badly about her. That’s when Kandi exploded.

“You can discuss it if it’s true but if it ain’t true, that’s when you can’t discuss it. Don’t put a wrong impression on something. What’s true and what’s not true, at that time she [Phaedra] had not paid him $30,000, so don’t go in let have and it not be true. If I go in and let have it’s gonna be true!”

In her Bravo blog recapping part 1 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 8 reunion show, Kandi wrote that Phaedra Parks and Porsha Williams are “full of s**t” when it comes to DonJuan Clark and Carmon Cambrice.

“I feel like they are full of sh– about Don Juan and Carmon. When we’re on TV and they say something you don’t like, you want to treat them like the help or say they’re just my employees. But when we’ve all hung out numerous times, they were all good.”

Kandi Burruss also said that she does care about her friendship with Phaedra. Kandi apparently cares enough about it that she won’t spill Phaedra’s secrets, at least not yet.

“I do care about our friendship. That’s why I’m emotional about it. And because I care, I still won’t say certain things that would make her look bad. Even though I feel like I’ve been made to look like the bad guy. I’m trying not to be that ‘mad day’ person that I’ve talked about in the past, meaning a person who was once your friend that starts telling your secrets when they’re mad. I don’t like when other people do that, so I don’t want to be like that.”
