‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Feels Confident And Adam Feels Conflicted As Newman’s Trial Is Set To Begin

There is tension on the way with Thursday’s episode of The Young and the Restless. Spoilers indicate that Adam will be facing a big decision as the Newman family prepares for Victor’s trial. Where are things headed in the March 24 show?

Luca met up with Summer and indicated that he had a gift for her, and Young and Restless spoilers via SheKnows Soaps indicate that they are divorce papers. While she is a bit suspicious, having expected Luca to be more resistant to moving ahead on the divorce, he says he simply wants her to be happy.

Michael meets with Victor again just ahead of the trial, and Young and Restless spoilers tease that Newman will mention that he talked with Adam about a deal. Victor doesn’t share the full details with Michael, but he says that there could end up being no trial and it’s all up to Adam.

Adam will be feeling a lot of pressure as he weighs this decision. Young and the Restless spoilers note that Chelsea will be quite worried about him taking the deal, concerned that he would eventually turn into his father. He thinks he can resist that happening, but she’s not so sure.

Nick, Victoria, Noah, and Abby meet up again to discuss the situation. They decide to look at one another as they need reassurances during the trial, vowing to stay strong and do what it takes to get Victor behind bars. Young and the Restless spoilers note that Michael soon shows up and mentions the possible deal involving Adam.

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Adam and Chelsea will then show up and explain the deal. Vikki, naturally, is not happy to hear about this, and she gets a bit snarky about it. Nikki wants them to all stay strong and united, and she admits she is worried that Victor would manage to maintain control of the company with this plan.

Adam insists that it could work and that he would steer clear of letting his father have any control. However, Young and Restless spoilers share that when he sees that the others are not on board with this plan, he says he will reject the offer and let his father go to trial.

Phyllis, Billy, and Summer will connect at the Club, and Phyllis nudges her daughter to stay out of the case. However, as Celeb Dirty Laundry notes, Summer plans to testify on her grandfather’s behalf, and Young and Restless spoilers indicate that this leaves Phyllis quite shaken. She rants about how Newman orchestrated Marco pretending he was Jack and how this led to the murders of both Austin and Courtney. Despite that, Summer seems intent to stand by Victor.

Everybody starts gathering at the courthouse, and Young and Restless spoilers detail that Michael is a bit surprised to see Victor still in his jumpsuit. He tells Newman about Adam deciding against the deal. Billy tries to lend Vikki some support, and Marisa tells Noah about the divorce papers. Summer and Luca show up at that moment, and she gets snarky toward Noah and Marisa for how they’re reacting to the divorce papers.

Opening remarks begin in the trial, with Phyllis interjecting as Michael describes Newman’s actions as self-defense. Young and the Restless spoilers tease that on Friday’s show, Nikki, Nick, Vikki, and Noah will all take the stand to testify. Will Victor really end up going to jail, or will Adam step up and take the deal? Viewers can’t wait to see what comes next on this front as the drama continues on The Young and the Restless.
