The Powerball winners and winning numbers for the March 19 drawing are in. There was no grand prize winner and the jackpot has rolled to $90 million. The latest Powerball winning numbers are 11, 23, 43, 54, 60, and the red Power Ball is 3. The Power Play multiplier is 3x.
