‘The Walking Dead’ Season 6, Episode 15 Promo Photos: Is Daryl Dixon Looking For Carol Or Dwight And The Saviors?
The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 15 is simply titled “East.” Although AMC is trying to cut down on spoilers, releasing sneak-peek clips and promotional images is typical. Unfortunately, the network has drastically reduced the number of promo photos. Last week, only two pictures were available, which only showed Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt). For next Sunday, three are a total of three promotional photos for The Walking Dead, which can be viewed below.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the synopsis and two promo clips for “East” reveal that almost everyone will be looking for Melissa McBride’s character, Carol Peletier. As fans remember from the last episode of The Walking Dead, Carol decided to leave Alexandria. She is having difficulty dealing with survival in the zombie apocalypse. In particular, Carol has an issue with killing other human beings.

Even though Carol’s struggle is understandable, it is also frustrating. McBride’s character in The Walking Dead has been taking lives for the past six seasons. Why is she all of a sudden having issues? During Melissa’s appearance on The Talking Dead, the actress spoke to host Chris Hardwick about Carol’s state of mind. During the time Carol and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) were kidnapped by the Saviors, Carol observed similarities between herself and Alicia Witt’s character, Paula. When asked what Carol was so afraid of in The Walking Dead, McBride responded that it was of herself. It turns out that Carol is terrified of the possibility of no longer caring, which is what happened with Paula.
Last Sunday on The Walking Dead, Carol decided she could no longer stay in Alexandria. She left a note saying that she could no longer kill. When viewing Spoiler TV’s promo clip for Season 6, Episode 15, some fans thought Daryl Dixon would join the search for Carol. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case. When taking a closer look at the promo clip for “East,” Daryl has his weapon ready and is peering closely at the ground while walking. Dixon isn’t looking for Carol — he is hunting for Dwight and the Saviors.
As seen in one of The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 15 promo photos, Daryl is standing in the woods near some trees. He is crouching down just a bit, implying Norman Reedus’ character doesn’t want to be seen. His hands are on his weapon, but he isn’t pointing it at anyone — at least not yet. Does he find Dwight and the Saviors in “East”? Will he get vengeance, or will his plan backfire?
The next promotional photo for “East” features Rosita, portrayed by Christian Serratos. It is not known if she is close to Daryl in this image. However, there is a rumor that Rosita gets shot in The Walking Dead. Of course, this is just a rumor and has not been confirmed yet.
Finally, the third promo photo for The Walking Dead shows Morgan (Lennie James) walking through a field. He appears to be walking slowly and is carrying his sharpened stick. Morgan’s head is tilted down, and he seems to be watching someone or something. Not much else known about Morgan’s storyline in “East,” but the Spoiling Dead Fans did reveal a major plot point for the Season 6 finale. TSDF wrote that it will be Morgan who finds Carol, but not until the final episode of the season. She is found alive but has an injury. What is even more concerning is that Carol doesn’t want to return with Morgan. It seems that her mental health issues will continue, and it couldn’t come at a worse time. As fans know, Negan is rumored to make his big debut in the Walking Dead Season 6 finale, which is supposed to be brutal and bloody.
