Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Building $100K Playhouse For North West

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are allegedly dropping $100,000 on a new playhouse for their daughter, North West.

The Sun is reporting that Kim and Kanye are paying out the six figure sum for North to have a lavish new place to play, which is supposedly going to be so large that “it’s practically a house in its own right” according to a source.

The Kardashian insider revealed to The Sun this week that Kardashian and West have commissioned luxury playhouse builder La Petite Maison to make their daughter a home away from home playhouse and confessed that North West’s mini-mansion will include all the extravagances of a full-size home.

“There’s marble top kitchens and hardwood floors throughout,” the source told the site of Kim and Kanye’s daughter’s uber-lavish six figure playhouse, which also features a fireplace in the mini-living room, a “reading nook” and a loft.

“It’s got a room just for clothes and one for watching movies,” the Kardashian source continued, “It’s much bigger and fancier than those the company already builds. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West feel guilty North didn’t really have her own home so are overcompensating.”

It’s thought that North’s lavish new playhouse will be located on the grounds of the huge mansion Kim and Kanye are currently having built in Hidden Hills, California.

As reported by People last month, Kardashian and West are sparing no expense with their newest property and have allegedly been seriously splashing the cash on extravagant items including $20,000 fixtures.

“[Kim and Kanye] both make a ton of money but they also spend a ton. And they are sparing no expense with their new house,” People‘s insider confessed of Kardashian and her husband’s new property, adding that the “costs have been endless” for Kardashian and West’s new pad.

But while renovations continue to take place on the Kardashian-West family’s newest mansion, this isn’t the first time Kim and Kanye have splashed the cash on property.

According to People, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West originally spent $11 million on a home in Bel-Air back in 2013, but never actually lived in the multi-million dollar Californian property. “It was a huge mistake,” a Kardashian insider told the site of the home, “both Kim and Kanye were really disappointed in how that turned out.”

Reports that Kim and Kanye are dropping millions to make their Hidden Hills home perfect come just weeks after West claimed on social media that he was $53 million in debt in a series of bizarre messages.

“I write this to you my brothers while still 53 million dollars in personal debt… Please pray we overcome… This is my true heart,” West tweeted, even asking Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg to give him $1 billion.

“Yes I am personally rich and I can buy furs and houses for my family, but I need access to more money in order to bring more beautiful ideas to the world” Kanye told his millions of Twitter followers of his financial predicament on February 15, adding, “If I spent my money on my ideas I could not afford to take care of my family. I am in a place that so many artist end up.”

However, Kardashian made it pretty clear earlier this week that neither she nor her rapper husband are exactly strapped for cash as they pour millions into their new home.

“Sorry I’m late to the party guys,” Kim Kardashian told her more than 42 million Twitter followers on March 8, clarifying that she was “busy cashing my 80 million video game check & transferring 53 million into our joint account.”
