Ed Sheeran To ‘Revamp His Image’ With New Tattoos; Celeb Tattoo Artist Says ‘Everyone Will Be Shocked’ When Ed Reemerges

Ed Sheeran has been working hard on his third studio album, and the chances are pretty high that the album will go up against Adele’s 25 album, released in November last year, according to Christian Today.

When asked about his chances of going up against Adele, Ed Sheeran said in an interview with Billboard that he doesn’t know if he is “brave enough” to go up against Adele in the same category at next year’s Grammys.

“I don’t know if it’s going to last forever. I know this third record will be better than anything I’ve ever done. I might fall off on this record, who knows? But I’m positive this will be the real big one.”

And Ed Sheeran’s fans kind of get his frustration, since Adele has been a Grammy Award diva for years now. The 27-year-old “Hello” singer has won 10 Grammys as well as one Academy Award for her song “Skyfall,” which was featured in 2012 James Bond movie.

And although each time Ed Sheeran’s albums or solo tracks are nominated for Grammy Awards, he is considered to be the most likely winner, when he competes against Adele, it’s not that simple to predict. Especially given the success of Adele’s 25 album.

But Ed Sheeran promises that his third album will be the best thing he has ever made in his career, so the 25-year-old singer must be working really hard on it. But Grammy Awards viewers will not be able to predict the winner of the 2017 Grammy Awards best album until they’re given the opportunity to check out Sheeran’s new album.

In December of 2015, Ed Sheeran even took a break “from my phone, emails and all social media for a while” in order to focus on his third album, as announced by the “Photograph” singer himself on Twitter and in an Instagram post.

And while his fans miss Ed Sheeran’s presence on social media, at least they can be certain that the “Thinking Out Loud” singer is working hard to battle Adele at the 2017 Grammy Awards for the best album of the year.

It is predicted that Ed Sheeran’s third album will be released this autumn, as the singer himself gave a hint in his Instagram post, writing “see you next autumn” immediately after announcing that the album is on its way and that it’s “the best thing I have made thus far.”

However, Christian Today provides its own prediction of Ed Sheeran’s new album release date, saying it is expected to come out before summer of this year.

Earlier this year, it was reported that one of the singer’s new songs can be heard in the film titled The Brothers Grimsby, starring Sacha Baron Cohen and Rebel Wilson.

And it sounds as if Ed’s comeback will be marked with some new body ink. Ed Sheeran’s new tattoos will “totally revamp his image,” as said by famous celebrity tattooist Kevin Paul, according to The Mirror. So it seems that the “Photograph” singer is spending some quality time without his phone, email, and social media.

In a recent interview, the tattoo artist revealed that he has been working with Ed Sheeran for years now and that the singer has become his “very good mate.” He also added that he joined Sheeran on his last tour, and that it was “awesome.”

“I’m working very closely with him at the moment doing lots of personal tattoos which will totally revamp his image ready for his album launch at the end of the year.”

As if it wasn’t enough to get Ed Sheeran’s fans excited, Paul also added that although he can’t reveal too much, “everyone will be shocked when they see Ed after we’ve finished our work together.”
