Adele Reportedly Target Of Hacker Fans Who Shared Intimate Photos

Adele has reportedly been the target of hackers this month, who’ve released intimate photos of her when she was pregnant and just after she had her son.

The hackers, according to Yahoo!, are fans who somehow accessed photos belonging to Adele’s fiancé Simon Konecki through his email, then shared them on a private Facebook fan page. The images include an ultrasound photo and pictures of Adele when she was a child, as well as shots of the family together. For Adele, who has been intensely private about her personal life since becoming an international superstar, the intrusion is reportedly devastating.

“I was appalled and upset for Adele when I saw the pictures. They are really private and should not be passed around. I think it is disgusting that her so-called fans were sending them around and I thought it should be stopped. They are way too private, especially the scan and picture of her when she was pregnant,” a source told The Sun.

Adele isn’t the only superstar to get hacked recently; Harry Styles also reportedly had intimate snaps of himself and Kendall Jenner leaked this month after someone got into his mother’s iCloud account and shared them. The pics show Styles lounging with Jenner on a boat while on vacation and hanging with his mom. According to the Mirror, the alleged hacker claimed responsibility for stealing the photos and said, “IF I GO TO JAIL I DID THIS FOR ALL THE HARRY FANS WHO DON’T GET S*** FROM HARRY.”

Fans took to the comments section of a recent post on Instagram to tell Harry they were sorry he and his mom, Anne, got hacked after he thanked them for voting in the Brit Awards.

Adele hasn’t commented on the intrusion of her privacy, but she did announce last week that she’ll be headlining the Glastonbury Festival this year, sharing the secret with fans during a set in London.

“Who’s going to Glastonbury this year? See you there. I’ll be there. I’ll be headlining on the Saturday night this year. I’ve had to keep that secret for years!” she said onstage.

Adele has said in the past that she’s been scared of performing at the enormous festival since she saw Kanye West take the main stage in front of such a huge crowd.

“I wasn’t anywhere near the stage and it was the biggest crowd I’d ever seen. I froze with fear, I just thought: ‘I don’t know if I can do that,'” she said in an interview with Beats 1 Radio.

The “Hello” singer got emotional during her recent show in London as she shared how grateful she is to have such support, saying she remembers all too well the days pre-fame, when she was struggling to get people to notice her talent.

“There was a time when I couldn’t even sell out the Roundhouse in Camden,” she said.

Adele received wonderful reviews for the show and was praised by one critic for sharing such real moments with the audience in between songs. The superstar, we’re often reminded, is also a woman any listener would love to sit down and have a glass of wine with. Funny and warm, Adele has charmed the world over the last few years and has made fans in unlikely places.

“From the second the 27-year-old made her appearance at London’s O2 arena she had the audience eating out of the palm of her perfectly manicured hand. There were times during her two-hour performance when I couldn’t believe what I was hearing – and not just when she hit the high notes in ‘Someone Like You.’ Her voice is so pitch perfect and pure it makes your eyes water, a perfect storm of emotion and appreciation flowing out of your tear ducts,” wrote Camilla Tominey on Adele.
