Justin Bieber Shares Throwback ‘Feels’ Photo Kissing Selena Gomez & She ‘Liked’ It

Justin Bieber is currently steaming through dates on his Purpose World Tour, and it seems he is missing a certain Selena Gomez. The feeling appears to be mutual.

On Saturday, the 22-year-old heartthrob shared a throwback photo on Instagram of himself and his ex-girlfriend kissing. The image was taken from their romantic holiday together in Hawaii back in May 2011.

Seconds later, Justin added the caption, “Feels.” E! News reported that the photo garnered almost 350,000 likes in less than 15 minutes. At press time, that’s jumped to over 2.5 million (and counting).

Here’s the kicker? Within seconds of Justin posting the Jelena snap, Selena “liked” the pic. This development comes after Gomez’s three previous declarations that she is either “exhausted” or “done” with her ex-beau.

The Shade Room screenshot the actress-singer’s Instagram activity yesterday. Meanwhile, “#Selena” and “Hailey” (referring to the model Hailey Baldwin, who was seeing Justin earlier this year) trended on Twitter shortly after the Grammy winner’s post.

Shortly after “liking” the throwback photo, Selena allegedly wrote “Perfect” in comments under Justin’s post, which — if true — appears to leave no-one in any doubt that she is up for a walk down memory lane, on Instagram at least.

Naturally, Bieber’s and Gomez’s over-invested fans were keeping tracking of it all.

Fans claim Justin “liked” a fan’s Jelena video edit on Instagram before posting his throwback snap.

So, what does it all mean? It’s possible the scene is being set for Selena to make an appearance either as a guest or even onstage at one of Justin’s three upcoming Purpose Tour concerts at The Staples Center in Los Angeles. The first show is on Sunday, March 20. Fan sites tweeted speculations.

So did Bieber and Gomez’s fans. With typically mixed results.

Back on Instagram, Selena’s “like” was endorsed by some of “The Heart Wants What It Want’s” singer’s friends and family.

Time will tell whether Justin and Selena actually are thinking about reuniting romantically or musically, or simply reminiscing. Back in November, everyone got excited when the pair were spotted hanging out at The Montage hotel in Beverly Hills. The Biebs was captured on video serenading the Disney alum with The Temptations hit “My Girl.”

At the time, a source told PEOPLE magazine, “They care about each other and miss each other, but they’re not getting back together right now.”

In December, the Biebs posted a throwback Jelena shot, which he captioned, “Crazy throwback.”

Fast forward to New Year’s Eve, Justin shared a photograph of himself and Hailey kissing in St. Barts, where they vacationed with his family. However, the seeming “romance” of that moment was dampened considerably when E! News later confirmed the longtime pals had a “non-exclusive” sexual relationship in addition to their friendship.

Last week, E! reported that Hailey and Justin remain “close friends,” but are now both single. Hailey’s recent tweets may be references to their split. See below.

If Hailey’s tweets are some sort of shade-throwing, there will be universal confusion as to why. Bieber’s recent GQ cover story revealed he has been completely upfront and honest with Hailey from the start about not wanting to be in an exclusive, serious relationship. And Hailey publicly stated she was fully aware of that in an interview with E! just before the Biebs’ magazine profile came out.
