Taylor Swift’s Bikini Body: Check Out The Singer’s Diet Plan


Earlier this week, Taylor Swift showed off her incredible bikini body. The 26-year-old pop star took to Instagram to share a series of photos from her romantic and exotic island vacation with beau Calvin Harris.

Even her DJ boyfriend couldn’t get enough of Swift’s hot bod. He had to post some of the photos of her bikini body on Instagram. It’s very rarely that fans get to see Swift in a bikini. But when they do, it’s like a treat. Now everyone wants to know how she keeps her body bikini-ready at all times.

The “Out of the Woods” singer is finally dishing on all the foods that she eats in an entire day, thanks to a new report on Delish. Does Taylor gorge on fast food like the rest of us, or does she tend to stick to a strict diet? The singer-songwriter has admitted in the past that there are days when she eats whatever she wants but she tends to stick to a portion-controlled diet.

In the morning, Swift revealed that she likes to eat buckwheat pancakes topped with ham, parmesan cheese, and a fried egg. She also loves to drink a glass of orange juice everyday with her meal. When Swift does eat a bowl of cereal, she will do it late at night with one of her famous friends, as witnessed below.

Taylor revealed to WebMD that she tends to eat a lot of healthy foods during the week such as salads, sandwiches, and yogurts. She also avoids sugary drinks and opts for Diet Coke instead. On the weekends is when Taylor lets loose on her food choices.

“I allow myself to eat what common sense tells me is bad for me. I like comfort foods.”

Back in 2012, she revealed to Bon Appetit magazine what she likes to keep in her dressing room when she’s on tour.

” I have so much water in my dressing room–because I drink, like, ten bottles of water a day. That’s pretty much all we have in there. I think we used to have veggie trays. Now that I think of it, I have no idea why I don’t have dressing-room food anymore. Now I’m angry! I have to make a few calls.”

But the singer has a sweet tooth just like the rest of us. Swift is often seen sharing photos of herself baking with her friends and family. Obviously the baking has rubbed off on her boyfriend. Harris recently shared a video on Snapchat of himself cutting a homemade cake on his and Swift’s one-year anniversary. She also revealed to InStyle that there’s one particularly sweet casserole dish she’s crazy about.

“It’s basically sweet potatoes with this brown sugary crust. Oh my god, it’s amazing.”

Taylor may not have a long list of Starbucks lovers, as previously assumed. But that doesn’t stop her from enjoying an iced latte every now and then. During the fall, she’s seen carrying a Pumpkin Spiced Latte in her hands.

So, how does Taylor Swift keep her bikini body? Instead of relying on crash diets, she relies on running, dancing, and cardio workouts to keep the weight off, reports the HealthyCeleb. Swift has even admitted that she loves the feeling of being sweaty after her intense workout sessions.

“I like to feel really tired afterward, sweaty and disgusting. I don’t care about losing weight as much as feeling good about myself.”

When it comes to working out, she will step on the treadmill or elliptical trainer for an hour each day, so that she doesn’t have to give up her favorite foods.

“You can’t indulge without exercising, so I exercise because I love eating and I don’t want to live without anything. But I also exercise because on the occasional day when I’m feeling low, it always makes me feel better.”
