‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny Is Confident, Ava Is Scared, And Maxie Is Determined As Nina’s Plan Succeeds

General Hospital spoilers tease that Friday’s episode brings some juicy twists and turns. Maxie and Nina are scrambling to save Crimson while Alexis is beginning her trial against the city on behalf of Olivia. Where are things headed in the March 18 show?

As viewers saw earlier in the week, Julian orchestrated another sabotage of the new Crimson issue and Nina and Maxie were left scrambling. Nina came up with a wild, bizarre plan to save this issue and General Hospital spoilers detail that it actually ends up working and as We Love Soaps details, Julian’s attempt to tank the issue backfires.

Even though the ladies find a way to generate positive buzz and save the issue, General Hospital spoilers indicate that Maxie will be questioning who is behind these sabotage efforts. It sounds as if she wisely feels sure that someone is creating these issues on purpose and she voices a determination to get to the bottom of things. Of course, she surely does not suspect Julian at this point, but knowing Maxie, she will likely piece things together soon.

Elsewhere in Port Charles, the trial involving Olivia, Mayor Lomax, and Alexis will start. Diane will be defending the city and General Hospital spoilers via Celeb Dirty Laundry tease that Carly will somehow end up being a star witness, apparently helping Alexis’ side of the case. Things will get tense and heated during this case as both Alexis and Diane are determined to win.

Valerie has agreed to go on a second date with Curtis and General Hospital spoiler previews tease that he will tell her that she is overdressed for the outing he has in mind. Are things about to get really steamy between these two? Meanwhile, Kristina shared some of the details about her school situation with her father, but she still hid what is perhaps the most important detail: that Professor Parker is a woman. During Friday’s show, she will open up further to Molly about her struggles.

Ava told Carly that she will be taking Avery back soon, but Sonny is determined to ensure that Ava will back off and leave the baby with him. Ava was stunned to get a black rose and ominous message while she was at the hospital and now she’s frightened for her safety. General Hospital spoilers tease that Julian will tell her that she is a dead woman walking, and everybody knows that Ava has plenty of enemies. It seems this message will definitely have her feeling scared and panicked.

However, Sonny will be seen reassuring Carly that Ava will come to understand that Avery is safest with them. Most figure that Sonny is behind that rose and message to Ava, but will she figure that out? Or did someone else send the message, and could Sonny’s supposed plan be something else? Will Sonny’s plans to intimidate Ava into leaving Avery with him work?

Where are things headed in the coming week? General Hospital spoilers tease that Michael Easton is back in his new role starting on Monday, and viewers are dying to see who he will play. He will be a doctor and a totally new character, but viewers don’t know much more than that yet. According to Serial Scoop, Elizabeth will be angling to unlock what’s hidden away in Jake’s brain and she will do some snooping. Tracy gets good news while Spinelli is back in the mix and he learns something about Hayden.

It is clear that there is plenty of drama on the way with Friday’s episode and the coming week and viewers cannot wait to see what comes next. Tune in to General Hospital weekdays on ABC to see where things are headed.
