Chris Brown Accused Of ‘Threatening To Kill’ Alleged Trespasser Via Social Media

Did Chris Brown threaten to kill the woman who allegedly trespassed on his property last December?

According to the paperwork she filed in court, Danielle Patti fears for her life after Chris Brown has allegedly been harassing her on social media, going so far as to say that “he would like to see her dead.” TMZ originally broke the story of the alleged death threats from Brown.

As a result, Patti asked for a temporary restraining order, which the judge granted. According to the terms of the restraining order, Chris Brown must refrain from contact with Patti and stay at least 100 yards away from her.

Whether or not the alleged threats really happened remains to be seen. In fact, the new paperwork filed by Patti tells a completely different story than the one which was reported back in December. At the time, reports indicated that the then 27-year-old fan had driven up to Brown’s front electric gate at his Woodland Hills mansion and waited for someone to leave so that she could enter his property. Once on his property, Patti refused to leave and police were called, according to the original reports.

Per the original reports, once police arrived, Patti was taken in and booked for criminal trespassing, but nothing ever came of the charges, Patti said.

It is believed that Chris Brown was home at the time of the incident, and reports indicate that the incident was not the first in which Patti had made unwanted visits to Chris’ home.

That’s not exactly what happened, though, Danielle Patti is alleging now. According to her court documents, Patti said that she and Chris Brown were dating at the time of the incident. The paperwork indicates that she was trying to leave his property at the time, but she was blocked in by another car. In the paperwork, Patti claims that Chris Brown had her purposefully arrested.

Whether her story is true or not, a judge decided to err on the side of caution and granted Patti the stay-away order she asked for in an effort to protect herself from the 26-year-old rapper. Chris Brown’s reps have not yet responded to requests for comment, according to Gossip Cop.

Brown is no stranger to the courtroom. Since the beginning of 2016 alone, Brown has battled a lawsuit stemming from a 2015 shooting during one of his concerts at a San Jose night club, dealt with requested changes to visitation rights of his 1-year-old daughter, Royalty, and had battery and theft charges dismissed after a woman alleged that he punched her and stole her cell phone when she tried to take a photo of him in Las Vegas. Additionally, the “Don’t Judge Me” singer recently finished his five-year felony probation stemming from the 2009 assault of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna.

What do you think of Patti’s story? Do you think her version of events makes sense, or do you think there is more to this story? Why or why not? Do you think Chris Brown really threatened to kill Danielle Patti via social media?

Patti wasn’t the only person accused of trespassing on Chris Brown’s property in 2015. Check out the video below to find out more about the trespassing problem Chris Brown had last year.
