Samantha Bee Gets ‘Full Frontal’ With Trump Supporters: Gets Called A Whore Before Throwing Them A Party

Full Frontal‘s Samantha Bee took it upon herself to sit down with a group of young Trump supporters to figure out what kind people his followers truly are.

Supporters Have Reached Fever Pitch Aboard The “Trump Train”

Mostly, the media coverage on Trump has displayed the absolute worst of trump supporters, like when The Inquisitr reported on the Black protester who was punched at a Trump rally, for instance.

Those who were thrown out for protesting also claimed that they heard Trump supporters yell, “Go home n*****s!” as they were being escorted through the vicious gauntlet of Trump supporters in Fayettville.

Samantha Bee also highlights these moments of extreme violence as tensions are now reaching Trump himself on his platform.

Trump’s rise and the influx of political violence have been considered to be no laughing matter for many, however the gif below is starting to shed light on who Trump is aiming his arsenal at now, as he’s dominated other GOP candidates for the most part.

Samantha Bee simply wished to see if there was a larger, more gentle, side of Trump supporters on the Full Frontal segment. Bee picked a seemingly affluent group of young college/business professionals to sit on her panel of Trump supporters on Full Frontal.

Bee described the panel, as intelligent, college-educated, bipartisan, and multi-ethnic.

Vox reports that the Full Frontal segment aired on Monday featured Bee “forcing herself” to speak with the diverse group of Trump supporters to understand their genuine motives for supporting Trump.

Whenever the Trump Supporters were asked by Samantha Bee what they thought of Trump’s rhetoric falling in line with racist, misogynist, or xenophobic discourse, the supporters mainly deflected Bee’s loaded questions by implying that such claims regarding Trump were only being perpetuated by the “liberal agenda” in order to demonize Trump.

“The media has an agenda…Like Huffington Post releases, ‘xenophobe, racist!'” Said one Trump supporter after being asked by the Full Frontal host what he thinks of banning all Muslims.

Another young Trump supporter said, “He’s got very sort of simplistic but evocative language that I think speaks to a lot of people at almost like a limbic or primal level” in an attempt to explain Trump’s appeal and why his words attract so many supporters of his ilk.

Later in the interview, some members of the Full Frontal panel grew increasingly defensive against Bee, primarily for taking Trump’s comments at face value.

“Time and time again, the media coverage of Trump is unfair!”

Bee responded to supporters by saying that as an employee in the media industry, it is impossible to ignore someone as ubiquitous as GOP frontrunner Trump when he says things like:

He’s walking out, like big high-fives, smiling, laughing. I’d like to punch him in the face!

Samantha explained that, with such quotes, under any context, there’s really only one way to take it from a presidential candidate addressing the country — at face value.

Still, Trump’s supporters argued that it was all a matter context, and one supporter even went so far as to call Bee, “a trickle-down media whore.”

Min the face of this statement, The Full Frontal host kept her composure and simply asked the supporter how she alone became a media whore for Trump amid the “bukkake” of journalist and media outlets simply reporting on Trump’s unruly behavior.

But just like the man they support, the supporters double-down on their defensive claims

It was as though the Trump supporters entered the Full Frontal with their responses cocked-back on their insecure cross bows ready to strum at Bee whenever she brought up undesirable Trump traits.

For instance, when Bee brought up Trump’s proposed legislation to ban Muslims from entering the U.S., the supporters collectively shouted, “Temporarily!” in unison, claiming that it was not a religious issue, rather a national security one.

Despite their differences, Samantha Bee threw the Trump Supporters a party, as promised, courtesy of Full Frontal, with a better understanding of the full dynamic of Trump supporters as a whole.
