‘The Walking Dead’ Season 6, Episode 14: Photos, Promo, Sneak Peek And Synopsis For ‘Twice As Far’

The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 14 is titled “Twice As Far.” The last episode dealt with Carol (Melissa McBride) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) trying to escape the Saviors. It was a female-focused episode, one which TWD fans enjoyed. In “Twice As Far,” viewers will find Rick’s group back at Alexandria. However, things do not seem calm and peaceful at all. AMC network released two promotional photos for the upcoming episode of The Walking Dead. A promo clip, sneak peek, and the synopsis for TWD Season 6, Episode 14 are also available.

According to Spoiler TV, the synopsis for “Twice As Far” has two separate groups on supply runs. The Walking Dead characters are concerned about the future of Alexandria. However, that is not all that is troubling. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, in TWD Season 6, Episode 14, both groups will find themselves in immediate danger.

Last Sunday, Carol and Maggie escaped the Saviors, which ended in some brutal deaths. Actress Melissa McBride revealed in an interview that Carol’s actions on The Walking Dead will trouble her in future episodes.

“Carol is a conscientious person and she does carry all this [killing] with her. To reflect on what Morgan is saying and her point of view, it makes what Carol said to Sam — ‘The only way you can keep from becoming a monster is to kill’ — she feels like a monster,” Melissa McBride told The Hollywood Reporter. “For Carol, if she doesn’t like the feeling, she will put a mask on to avoid feeling that way. At this point, yes, this is all about accountability and saving herself from becoming the bad guy.”

As fans recall from the last episode of The Walking Dead, Carol wanted to just escape once she broke free. However, Maggie told Carol that the Saviors had to die. It was clear Carol didn’t want to kill them, but did what she had to. Just before Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) arrived, Carol urged the remaining captor to just leave. However, she refused and Carol was forced to kill her. It is clear from Carol’s words during last week’s episode of The Walking Dead that she is not as comfortable with killing as she used to be.

Speaking of Carol, the TWD character is featured in both the promo and sneak peek of The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 14. In the “Twice As Far” promo, Carol speaks to Daryl about the Saviors. McBride’s character also exchanges a look with Morgan (Lennie James.) It is not clear if Carol is non-verbally telling Morgan that she regrets her actions. However, that is what it seems like in The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 14 promo clip.

The “Twice As Far” promo also reveals that Daryl Dixon has his bike back. Opening a bag that was attached to the bike, Daryl pulls out a toy soldier. The Walking Dead character holds it for a few moments and seems to be thinking about something. Eventually, Daryl throws it on the ground in anger.

Both the promo clip and sneak peek for The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 14 show quick flashes of other TWD characters. Most have weapons and it is clear from the scenes and background music that trouble is coming. Will Alexandria and the two groups on supply runs find more of the Saviors? Will Negan try to get revenge for his people getting killed? Or will The Walking Dead characters encounter another type of danger?

So far, only two photos for The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 14 have been released by AMC network. As shown above, one is of Daryl Dixon and the other features Eugene (Josh McDermitt.) Not much is known from the images, but both TWD characters look worried and appear to be on full alert.

What do you think will happen on The Walking Dead Season 6, Episode 14? What kind of trouble will the two groups face in “Twice As Far?” How will Carol proceed with staying alive when killing is becoming so troubling for her? With Negan and the Saviors coming for Alexandria, will Morgan change his perspective on killing human threats? Which characters in The Walking Dead, if any, will die on “Twice As Far?”

The next episode of The Walking Dead airs March 20 on AMC.
