Are Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton On The Rocks As Baby And Wedding Rumors Swirl?
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton appear to be going strong as rumors of a possible pregnancy and plans for a wedding swirl, but according to a new report, the pair does have one major issue they are consistently faced with.
“In a nutshell, he wants her in denim and she wants him in silks and linens,” an insider revealed to OK! Magazine on March 14. “It’s all friendly fun and they tease each other relentlessly over their choice of attire when they go out. In fact it’s a long-standing joke among their friends to see how mismatched ‘Mr Chalk and Cheese’ are looking that day.”

Gwen Stefani and Shelton are often seen as a mismatched pair due to her rocker chic persona and his country boy attitude, but according to the magazine’s source, Gwen Stefani “says it’s the differences that make it special. She never knows what she’s going to get and she loves that about him.”
Shelton is “good for [Gwen Stefani] too – she never had the courage to try more solo music before Blake swept her off her feet,” the source added.
Since her divorce last year, Gwen Stefani has released three tracks, all of which appear to be in regard to either her split from Gavin Rossdale, the father of her three sons, or her new relationship with Shelton, which reportedly began in November 2015.
Just weeks before Gwen Stefani announced she and Rossdale were parting ways after 13 years of marriage, Shelton revealed he and his former wife, Miranda Lambert, were calling it quits, as well. Months later, their own romance was thrust into the spotlight.

On March 10, Hollywood Take confirmed Gwen Stefani and Shelton continue to be plagued by rumors of her pregnancy and their plans for an upcoming wedding after just months of dating. Even though both parties have denied, and also poked fun, at the rumors, the reports are ongoing, and there has even been news of possible twins, via OK! Magazine, for the couple.
“It’s a little unexpected,” a source claimed to the magazine. “[B]ut given that they both adore children, they’re up for the challenge.”
“The loved-up pair are planning an April wedding on the grounds of Blake’s Oklahoma estate!” the insider added of Gwen Stefani’s allegedly impending “shotgun wedding.”
The insider went on to claim that Gwen Stefani was hoping the twins would be girls, while her country singer boyfriend was hoping to add two boys.
“But truthfully, they’d be happy either way. They just want healthy kids,” the source alleged.
Although Gwen Stefani and Shelton may not be expecting one or two babies, or getting married, they clearly have a lot of love for one another, and they aren’t afraid to show it. Just last month, following the Oscars, Gwen Stefani and Shelton made their red carpet debut, and they looked great. They’ve also been spotted around Los Angeles getting cozy with one another, and spending time with her three boys, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.
Last week, during an interview with the New York Times, Gwen Stefani revealed that while she’s still shocked about her divorce, she’s really happy with her life.
“I needed something new to happen,” Gwen Stefani said. “And not just in my career, in my life. Something had to change. I’m not going to say I’m not still picking up the pieces and every day isn’t a challenge. I’m still in shock. But it’s an awesome time.”
