Kenya Moore Says Both Sheree Whitfield And NeNe Leakes Should Return To ‘RHOA’

Will Sheree Whitfield return to Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a starring housewife? One person who wants to see Sheree holding a peach in the opening credits next season is Kenya Moore. On Sunday, as the Season 8 finale episode aired, Kenya voiced her opinion that Sheree, who is now a recurring cast member, was so good on the current season that she deserves to be promoted to a bigger role. Surprisingly, Kenya also supported the idea of NeNe Leakes returning to the show.

A viewer asked Kenya if she thinks Sheree should be brought back to the show as a full-time cast member. Kenya replied that Sheree “brought it” this season so she should.

Sheree thanked Kenya for her support and said that she had a good season as well.

Sheree, who was a starring cast member on Seasons 1 through 4 before returning to the current season in a lesser role, thanked her fans for their support. She tweeted that she enjoyed the season and is so happy that she came back.

Sheree also shared that she had “growth” this season.

Besides Kenya, Sheree may have someone else very influential advocating for her full return. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, during the airing of the Season 7 reunion show, which mentioned Sheree by name, host Andy Cohen declared his love for Sheree. Andy tweeted that he might even be obsessed with her.

On the season finale, Phaedra Parks hosted a Christmas party. Sheree’s ex-husband, Bob Whitfield, attended the party, as did his friend, Tammy McCall Browning. Tammy was shown in several episodes earlier on in the season. In one episode, Sheree accused Tammy of being one of the women Bob cheated on her with during their marriage. Sheree said that Tammy was one of the women Bob mentioned when he came clean. Tammy denied the accusation.

At Phaedra’s Christmas party, Sheree outright asked Bob and Tammy if they ever did anything with one another. Tammy maintained her innocence. Bob, with sweat visibly running down his face, tried to evade the question by joking around. Eventually, he said that nothing happened between him and Tammy, not even a kiss. When Sheree asked him why he lied, Bob, a former NFL player, joked that he has head trauma.

Last week, Tammy McCall Browning shared a snapshot of her scene with Sheree and Bob. She admitted that she was “nervous.” She also admitted in a prior post that she didn’t know what was about to come out of her mouth during that confrontation. Perhaps viewers will see more of Tammy if Sheree, fulfilling Kenya’s wish, does indeed return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a starring cast member.

Kenya Moore and Sheree Whitfield actually got into a very heated exchange early on in the current season due to Kenya publicly claiming that the neighbors were complaining about Sheree’s unfinished mansion, dubbed Chateau Sheree. Sheree did not like Kenya, whom she hardly knew, immediately being so negative with her and bringing up gossip regarding her house in front of the other women. The two women quickly descended into a verbal argument full of insults. Sheree shouted that Kenya’s own property that she was constructing, dubbed Moore Manor, was located in a ditch and full of mold. At one point, Sheree even raised her wine glass and had to be stopped from going after Kenya.

Yet the two women got along better as the season went along. Their Chateau Sheree vs. Moore Manor feud became something like a friendly competition, with the two women making a bet to see who will move into their property faster.

Sheree may want to get a move on. Earlier on Sunday, Kenya posted that she’s having a moving sale this coming Saturday because she’s moving into Moore Manor.

Besides Sheree Whitfield, Kenya Moore also wants NeNe Leakes to return to the show. In response to a viewer who asked her whether she thinks NeNe should return, Kenya wrote that NeNe’s “good for the show and fans.”

In July 2015, NeNe announced that she was leaving the show after starring on it for all seven seasons. As it turned out, she didn’t leave completely. She showed up for a few episodes, notably joining the other housewives for the cast trip to Jamaica. She also attended Phaedra’s season finale Christmas party, where she had a conversation with Kandi Burruss to resolve their issues and move forward with one another.

Both Sheree Whitfield and NeNe Leakes will be shown on The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 8 reunion show. The preview shows Sheree sitting at the end of the same couch that Kenya Moore’s sitting at while NeNe shows up later on in the reunion.
