Jessa Duggar Seewald Under Fire Over Comments Regarding Needing ‘Help’ Raising Her Son

Jessa Duggar Seewald is one of the more popular Duggar family members. Her fan base spans beyond just the 19 Kids and Counting viewers, and seeps into religious young women and teen girls who have attended conferences where she has spoken. When Seewald got married and pregnant right away, she was incredibly happy. Being a mother was something Jessa always wanted for herself, especially since she helped her mother and older sisters take care of the younger children as they came. While things have been less than perfect for Jessa Duggar Seewald over the last year, there have been some incredible moments.

With Jill and Jessa: Counting On debuting in just a few days, Jessa Duggar Seewald has been doing a lot of press to prepare. The family helped tape the trailer, and several clips from the show were used to entice potential fans to watch. According to SheKnows, Jessa Duggar Seewald is under fire for admitting she needed help while raising her son. Initially, she said that she was utilizing the fact that family was nearby, and then she changed her comments to reflect getting advice and wisdom from her mom and older sister, Jill. Immediately, critics were jumping down the young mother’s throat. Seewald isn’t using her family as nannies, and she is doing most of the work herself. Because of the show beginning soon, the criticism is coming in droves.

Since both Jill Duggar Dillard and Jessa Duggar Seewald have young children, they will be getting a lot of “free” advice. Dillard has gotten a lot of criticism for her decisions with Israel, especially taking him to a country like El Salvador so young. Seewald has gotten less criticism, but that is starting to change. Recently, a former fan blasted Jessa for sharing photos of her son in only onesies. This is typical attire for young children, especially for mothers who want convenience when changing diapers. They complained and ranted about Seewald’s choice in attire for her son, though it doesn’t appear they got her to change her mind. Jill is used to being on the end of heavy criticism, but enough is going to go around for both of them as their show premieres next week.

Jill and Jessa: Counting On will air March 15, in the same time slot that 19 Kids and Counting used to air in. TLC finally decided that after enough people complained about wanting to see Jessa Duggar Seewald and Jill Duggar Dillard on air, they would give them their own show. There have been some questions about whether or not Josh Duggar would appear on the special or be given his own show. According to TMZ, Jessa Duggar Seewald will not be sharing the small screen with her brother. TLC has reportedly banned Josh from appearing in anything on the network. Despite the family forgiving him, they do not want him to have a chance to ruin everything they have going right now.

Fans are looking forward to Jessa Duggar Seewald being back on television. She has always been one of the fan-favorites, and a little bit more free than most of her family. Seewald is going to catch criticism for almost anything she does, but she is prepared for what is to come. Jill and Jessa: Counting On was definitely a hit back in December when the three-part installment aired, which likely means the news series will do just as well. There is so much more to come from Seewald, and fans are hoping another baby announcement will happen sometime this year. Jessa Duggar Seewald is doing so well with parenting, despite unnecessary criticism from outsiders.
