Khloe Kardashian Celibacy Shames Ciara And Russell Wilson, Tries To Backtrack
Khloe Kardashian really thinks that Ciara and Russell Wilson should be having sex, and the Kocktails with Khloe host also seems to have an issue with the celebrity couple speaking out about their celibacy vow — she believes that their abstinence talk is just a publicity stunt. It’s important to point out that this complaint is coming from a reality show star who constantly makes headlines by sharing the graphic details of her sex life.
During Wednesday’s episode of Kocktails with Khloe, Khloe Kardashian criticized the celibacy vow of singer Ciara and her NFL star boyfriend, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. A confused Khloe first suggested that Ciara might be trying to convince people that she’s still a virgin by talking about abstaining from sex with Russell Wilson.
“They should be having sex. With all due respect to Ciara, she has a baby,” Khloe Kardashian said, according to Gossip Cop. “It’s not like we don’t know if she is a virgin or not.”
The Kocktails with Khloe host then went on to suggest that Ciara is simply engaging in attention-seeking behavior by talking about her celibacy vow.
“None of us would know about it they weren’t publicly telling us that they are practicing celibacy, so who are you trying to prove this to? Is it a look?”
As Gossip Cop points out, practicing abstinence was Russell Wilson’s idea. He first decided to speak out about it during a July appearance at Rock Church, and Wilson wasn’t seeking publicity or attention — he was simply sharing his belief that he heard God tell him that he and Ciara should remain celibate.
“She was on tour and I was looking at her in the mirror, and she was sitting there. And God spoke to me and said ‘I need you to lead her,'” Wilson said, according to Us Weekly. “And I was like, ‘Really? Right now?’ And He goes, ‘No, I want you and need you to lead her.’ And I asked her, ‘What would you do if we took all that extra stuff off the table? And just did it Jesus’ way?'”
Ciara agreed to take a vow of celibacy, and she’s been dating Russell Wilson since April of last year. According to Russell Wilson, he sees abstaining from sex as the ultimate test of one’s love.
“If you can really love someone without that then you can really love somebody,” he told the Rock Church parishioners.
However, Wilson admitted that abstinence isn’t as easy for him as it is for Ciara, who told People that “it’s not hard at all.” Wilson asked his audience to pray that he would be able to resist temptation.
Now the topic of the celibacy vow comes up almost every time Russell Wilson and Ciara give an interview. They aren’t bringing it up themselves to get attention — interviewers are asking about it because it’s such an unusual thing for celebrities to do.
Even though Khloe Kardashian was clearing criticizing Ciara for talking about abstinence, the Kocktails with Khloe host insists that everyone is just misconstruing her words and taking clips from her talk show out of context.
“I love&adore Ciara! I respect her on many levels. Was freely discussing my views on celibacy&people twist & turn everything 2create a feud,” Khloe tweeted. “People are watching an edited version and not from the show. That’s the issue.”
Perhaps Khloe Kardashian isn’t a fan of Ciara and Russell Wilson’s celibacy talk, because she prefers for celebs to share salacious details about their sex lives instead. It’s certainly what she does whenever she’s interviewed, and she doesn’t just talk about her own sex life.
During an interview with Complex, Khloe Kardashian tried to defend Kylie Jenner’s 26-year-old boyfriend, Tyga, from the criticism he faced for dating Kylie when she was just 17. She argued that Kylie is “not a normal 17-year-old” and labeled the teen a “special case.” Khloe also said that she sees nothing wrong with Kylie Jenner having sex with older men because she was likely doing the same thing when she was Kylie’s age.
“I think at 16 I was probably f**king someone that was in their 20s, for sure,” Khloe Kardashian revealed.
However, Khloe Kardashian has admitted that having sex with older men can be traumatizing for teen girls. According to Us Weekly, Khloe once told the ladies of The View that she took her own celibacy vow of sorts after losing her virginity to an 18-year-old man when she was just 14.
“I felt so disgusted with myself,” Khloe revealed. “I stopped talking to him and actually didn’t have sex for three years after that because I knew I was young and I knew I wasn’t ready.”
Khloe later told Howard Stern that the man she lost her virginity to was black and that she considers black men a “type.”
“I have a type. I’ve never been with anybody but a black man,” Khloe said, according to E! News.
During her Stern interview, the reality show star also dished out some sloppy oral sex tips, shared a few intimate details about what her vagina looks like, and called two of her friends “spinners” because of a certain sex act that they can perform.
In short, no sex stuff is off limits when it comes to Khloe Kardashian — just don’t try to talk to her about not having sex.
