Harry Styles and Lindsay Lohan Feel Awkward After Midnight Visit Mix Up
Harry Styles and Lindsay Lohan had an embarrassing moment years ago, before Harry ever dated Taylor Swift or Kendall Jenner. The totally weird, after midnight visit gone wrong happened quite a while back, but Lindsay just spilled the story to The Sun today.
Harry Styles and Lindsay Lohan almost hooked up a long time ago. Now though, it just seems strange and awkward to think about. What a messed up first meeting they had.
Lindsay Lohan explained the night she met Harry Styles to The Sun. She said she was really tired after a long day. She had gone to an evening AA meeting, before settling into her hotel bed to watch a bit of TV. Lohan explained that it was about 2 a.m., when she heard a knock on the door. She answered the door wearing over sized hotel robe, and feeling self conscious of her frumpy appearance. Remember, this was long before Harry dated Kendall Jenner or even Taylor Swift.
Lindsay explains how she opened the door to find a handsome young man in a suit, just dressed to the nines, and there she was in a hotel bathrobe. She did not recognize him. She was half asleep, but couldn’t help noticing how handsome he was. She then described their very short conversation she had with Harry Styles.
“Well, you’re very good-looking — can I help you?”
A young Harry Styles, replied,
“I’m Harry. Gavin and Michael sent me here.”
Lindsay Lohan, exhausted and half asleep at the time, did not know Styles, and did not recognize him from his many One Direction photos. She was tired and none of this was making sense so she excused herself quickly.
“I’m going to bed but it was nice to meet you.”
In hindsight, Lindsay Lohan cannot believe she just closed the door in Harry Styles’ face with so little explanation. but at the time, Lindsay returned to her bed without giving it any more thought till the following morning. Now she is totally embarrassed about the whole thing.
“I was watching some really cheesy movie too. You could totally hear it in the background.”
Harry says he was tricked for some reason by his mates, Gavin and Michael, into knocking on her door. They had told him there was some sort of late night party inside.
Lindsay explained that she had no idea who she had spoken with night before, but her sister had a good guess. Soon they figured out that Lindsay’s after midnight visitor was none other than Harry Styles.
“It didn’t click who he was at the time. I told my sister the next day and she was like, ‘Wait, are you kidding me? Do you understand? Do you have his number? Can I have it?’ “
Reflecting on the strange Harry Styles incident, Lindsay Lohan feels more than a little embarrassed, and imagines Styles does too. It was a long time ago, but she explained that it was still awkward to this day, when they run into each other.
“I saw him in LA recently. I think it’s probably awkward on both our parts now.”
Apparently, Harry Styles and Lindsay Lohan have never had a conversation about that night to clear the air. It doesn’t sound like they talk at all. The circumstances of that encounter not only kept anything from happening that night, they have kept Lindsey and Harry feeling awkward about each other. Who knows, if things had gone differently, maybe Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner would have never dated him. Now, the moment is certainly ruined though.
Harry Styles and Lindsay Lohan could have been an item long before Taylor Swift or Kendall Jenner if Lindsay had not been too sleepy to talk.
