Christina Aguilera ‘Furious’ Over Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton ‘The Voice’ PDA Pact [Report]

Christina Aguilera has allegedly been left “furious” after Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been asked to pack on the PDA for The Voice.

According to a new report by Radar Online, producers of the NBC series have allegedly asked Blake and Gwen keep viewers tuning in by being open with their public displays of affection when Stefani returns to the show as Team Blake’s mentor later this season, and they’re supposedly willing to pay for the privilege.

“Blake and Gwen are getting an interesting offer from the show’s execs,” an inside source told Radar Online, who revealed earlier this week that producers of the show want Stefani and Shelton “to give fans a full-on love-fest this season,” much to the dismay of Shelton’s fellow The Voice coach, Christina Aguilera.

“They are going to throw in huge bonuses for exclusives, such as on-air duets, engagements, etc.,” the source continued, adding that “Christina is furious” about the supposed arraignment the show’s producers have put forward.

The new reports that Christina Aguilera is less than thrilled by Gwen and Blake’s romance comes just days after OK! Magazine claimed that Christina was so sick of the couple’s constant on-set PDA that she actually threatened to leave the NBC singing show.

OK! alleged that Christina had a “meltdown” backstage at the show when she heard the news that Shelton had opted to bring Gwen back as his adviser this season and even added that Aguilera was sick of their loved-up relationship being front and center.

Radar Online appeared to confirm OK!‘s big feud report, revealing that “Christina wants Gwen out of the picture” when it comes to The Voice and has allegedly already had some “mini-tantrums” about the situation. “She said that Gwen is ‘not vocally talented’ and would not be on the show at all anymore if it was not for her relationship with Blake,” Radar Online‘s insider claimed of Aguilera.

However, Hollywood Life is telling a different story when it comes to The Voice trio.

Earlier this week, the site revealed that Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera were actually planning on hitting the studio together for a duet and even claimed that the the big team-up was all Christina’s idea.

“They are throwing ideas out at each other and would love to start recording something and get something out for this season of the show,” a source revealed to the site of Stefani and Aguilera’s alleged duet, which is supposedly all about “girl power.”

“Christina knows that teaming up with someone on The Voice to make a hit song definitely works and she wants to see if lightning strikes again by collaborating with Gwen on a song all about girl power,” Hollywood Life‘s source added, noting Aguilera’s success teaming up with Adam Levine on “Moves Like Jagger” and Shelton on “Just A Fool.”

Hollywood Life also reported earlier this month that things are actually going pretty well between Aguilera and Shelton on the show’s set, revealing that Christina has actually quickly become Blake’s “drinking buddy” on the popular talent search.

“Blake’s drinking partner on The Voice set has returned in Christina and they are creating a real festive atmosphere on set,” a source told the site, appearing to deny rumors that the group are locked in a nasty feud.

Hollywood Life even went as far as to claim that “Blake loves having Christina around,” and teased that the two “have good chemistry together on and off camera.”
