Miley Cyrus Asks ‘Fortunate Women’ To ‘Stop Acting Tacky’
Miley Cyrus has some advice for women on International Women’s Day. She has mentioned in her Instagram post that all the “overly fortunate women” need to “stop acting tacky.” She posted an inflated “Kimoji,” accompanied with a huge caption that went like this.
“Dear women, you ALL are acting tacky AF! Why don’t we overly (myself included) fortunate women come together and try to create and bring jobs to other women in desperate need of them so they can support not only THEMSELVES but their families! happyinternationalwomensday can we all put the c***iness aside for one f***ing day and love / celebrate one another! PS no matter how hard you (or myself) work NEVER will I feel I am worthy of the comfort I live in…. Because so many others while I tuck myself in at night are laying their head on the pavement, dreaming of all the things we take for granted every day. She has surely used her words carefully, and it looks like using the Kimoji is certainly pointing towards the host of nude pictures Kim Kardashian has posted. Miley’s Instagram post was also about the backlash Kim Kardashain received from Bette Midler and Chloe Grace Moretz.
Moretz was certainly not impressed by Kim Kardashian — she pointed out that women have much more to offer than “just our bodies.” Moretz said in response to Kim’s selfie: “I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than just our bodies.”
Bette Midler also took to criticism in a rather humorous way. She indicated that there is really no part of her body that people haven’t already seen. She says: “Kim Kardashian tweeted a nude selfie today. If Kim wants us to see a part of her we’ve never seen, she’s gonna have to swallow the camera.”
However, Kim called out both of them for “slut shaming.” But it doesn’t look like Miley would have much problem with Kim’s naked selfies. She has been seen in several risque outfits herself. Miley also referred to the many poor women who would sleep on the pavement. She surely knows how to make her posts politically correct!
Miley Cyrus has not been known for subtlety, if anything. She has talked openly about her sexuality and has made sure she doesn’t mess words. She even expressed her fondness for Hilary Duff by posting her picture on her Instagram and posting the following caption: “Id swaipe right for sho.” She also added the hashtag #letsgetpizza.
She even came out saying that she had told her mother that she was bisexual when she was 14, Billboard had reported. However, Miley seems to be all set to start a “normal” life with Liam Hemsworth. E! News reported that the two are together again and Miley was seen wearing the ring Liam gifted her. “The ring is special because Miley and Liam worked on it together,” a source shared with E! News.
There have also been rumors that Miley is now trying to lead a tamed life. People has reported that Miley is doing everything she can to make Liam happy. “For the past few weeks, they have lived a very secluded life,” a Cyrus source. “When they are not working, they rarely leave home. They often have people over for dinner, and Miley has gone from a wild child to a housewife.”
