Rob Kardashian’s Diet Goes Off The Rails, Will He Stay Healthy Without Blac Chyna?

Old habits die hard, at least for Rob Kardashian. In the wake of his break up with entrepreneur Blac Chyna, Rob Kardashian scrubbed his social media accounts of all references to their whirlwind romance.

It’s not unusual for Rob Kardashian to wipe his entire social media history. In 2015, the notoriously reclusive reality star compared his sister Kim Kardashian West to Rosamund Pike’s character in Gone Girl. When Keeping Up with the Kardashians fans cried foul at the comparison, Rob deleted it and disappeared.

According to OK! magazine, Rob Kardashian confused fans when he went on a long rant about ex-girlfriend Rita Ora in 2012. Apparently, Rob Kardashian blamed his break up with Ora on her habit of cheating on him. Rob Kardashian claimed that Rita Ora cheated on him with 20 men. Ora countered that she never considered Rob Kardashian her boyfriend.

That’s where the pattern becomes disturbing. According to Huffington Post, Rob Kardashian admitted in 2013 that he’d packed on over 40 pounds after his split with Ora.

“All I did was waste a lot of money and gain 40 pounds. I need to focus on me. That’s all I wanna be about.”

Rob Kardashian finally seemed to head in the right direction when he began dating Blac Chyna. His long empty Instagram account filled with cute pictures of the couple. He frequently posted about heading to the gym to get back in shape. An adorable series of posts featured Blac Chyna going through his pantry and cleaning out all the bad food.

Now, Rob Kardashian seems poised to go back to his old ways. After he deleted all posts connected to Blac Chyna, Rob made one Instagram post. In fact, it’s the only post on his Instagram page right now.

The caption refers to his upcoming March 17 birthday. Clearly, Rob Kardashian plans a bit of indulgence for his 29th birthday? But can his new healthy lifestyle stand the one-two punch of a break up and special occasion sweets?

There’s more than a camera-ready figure at stake for Rob Kardashian. As a diabetic, Kardashian should avoid two things, sugar and things that become sugar in the blood stream, namely carbohydrates. While the cake looks innocent enough, it has a heaping helping of both.

There have also been signs that Rob’s emotional well being has suffered because of his weight gain. Kardashian infamously skipped the nuptials of his older sister, Kim Kardashian West. Reportedly, Rob couldn’t bring himself to attend such a high-profile event while carrying so much excess weight.

Rob Kardashian precarious situation isn’t the only bad news. In fact, it’s just the latest in a string of bad that’s hit men connected to the Kardashian-Jenner sisters.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Scott Disick is again claiming that his alcohol use isn’t an issue. Reportedly, despite at least two rehab attempts in as many years, Disick never believed alcohol was his main problem.

“I’m not doing drugs, I’m not doing anything insane, so I think people just need to relax … I just want to try to live my life.”

Not even the higher profile men connected to the Kardashians are immune. Kanye West recently made headlines when he admitted that he is $53 million in debt. According to Vanity Fair, Kanye West’s mountain of debt is connected to his forays into the fashion industry. Reportedly, Kanye West made a handful of attempts to enter the fashion world between 2009 and 2016. Each attempt met with little success, but heaped an addition pile of debt onto the controversial rapper.

Rob Kardashian doesn’t seem to have Kanye West’s money troubles or Scott Disick’s alcohol addiction. But only time will tell if the only man with the famous name can stay on the right path and live up to his sisters’ success.
