Khloe Kardashian Reveals Truth About Her 'Nose Job' While Calling Plastic Surgery 'Like Makeup' And Social Media 'Demonic' [Video]

Khloe Kardashian recently set the record straight on her rumored nose job -- specifically, that she's never had one. The Strong Looks Better Naked author revealed that as she lost weight, her nose got smaller. Kardashian, like the rest of her family, is also a fan of contouring, a makeup trick that can temporarily radically transform a person's face.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan, Khloe Kardashian confessed that her nose transformation, which can be viewed by scrolling through her Instagram photos, is "like when you're pregnant, your nose spreads because there's fat pockets in there." Kardashian added that as she lost weight, "my nose did get smaller," because the fat pockets around it went away.

Not that Khloe is against plastic surgery. "There's this misconception that I'm not into plastic surgery," Kardashian confessed, adding "I'm into it and I don't care if you have it." In fact, Khloe believes that plastic surgery should be "viewed almost like makeup," but advised that it "should be your own personal decision," and never done for another person.

"If you're doing that for your man, that's when it bothers me," Khloe Kardashian revealed, explaining that you should try natural methods before going under the knife. Kardashian explained that she has "a lot of friends that just go to get liposuction when not once have they tried to go to the gym or tried to change their diet." Khloe added that she disagrees with that.

However, according to Khloe, if you've tried everything, and "you have a trouble area... then go fix it if you want," the Kardashian confided.

The pressure from her social media followers can get to her at times, but Khloe tries to stay "strong," revealing that she appreciates that she "didn't succumb to what everyone has always said in the past," for example, pressuring her to get a nose job.

In fact, with over 43.8 million Instagram followers, Khloe's photos are heavily scrutinized and often criticized. "Social media is a great thing, but it's also demonic, in a way," Kardashian confessed, adding that she tries to not read the comments.

"I notice when I do that, you get sucked into this thing," Khloe Kardashian revealed. According to Khloe, her followers will comment, so she heads over to their personal page, only to find out that "they're either blocked or a picture of a sunset is their icon," explaining that her worst criticizers are often hidden behind the anonymity of their accounts.

Always referred to, in her own words, as the "fat" sister, Khloe is acutely aware that "any place you go, on any level, you're going to get critiques," and something like "a double chin" should not stop anyone.

In fact, Kardashian believes so strongly in the message that she teamed up with pharmaceutical company Allergan for their Live Chin Up Campaign, which encourages people to not let things get them down. It's a philosophy that is "a testament to who I am," Khloe asserts, adding that her "book is all about strength, mind, body and soul."

It's about transformation, Kardashian claims, telling People that once she "started taking all these things that were once a negative" and turning them into positives, she "learned so much from all the negatives in my life." Now, Khloe tries "not to let every bad thing make me have a bad day."

Her break up from Lamar Odom was a turning point for Kardashian, who revealed that she "used to just accept the way people defined me... When people called me the fat sister, I'd say, 'Yeah I'm big boned.' " Now, Khloe surrounds herself "with family and friends and things that motivate" to stay positive.
