Kim Fields is 46-years-old now, but she first embraced being on television at the age of 5, notes Biography. The Harlem, New York native first appeared on Sesame Street. Then, when she was 9-years-old, she scored the role of Tootie Ramsey on Diff'rent Strokes, a show that starred Todd Bridges, Gary Coleman, Dana Plato and Conrad Bain. Fields was in just five episodes of that show, but she continued on in the role of Tootie when she headed to the Diff'rent Strokes spin-off show The Facts of Life in 1979.
