Jillian Harris Of ‘The Bachelorette’ Reveals She Is Pregnant

Jillian Harris of The Bachelorette just shared some exciting news with her fans. Jillian is pregnant with her first baby and couldn’t be more excited. The news has actually been revealed on Jillian Harris’ blog today, along with a photo of her baby bump. Jillian is already several months pregnant, but has been able to keep it a secret from her fans until now.

Jillian shares that she has been with her boyfriend Justin for four years now, even though the two are not married yet. Things didn’t work out for her with Ed Swiderski, but it is seemingly okay because Jillian has found love without the show to help her out. Harris reveals how happy they are about their new baby on the way.

“I have dreamed for years of being a mama … thought about how I would tell people … how I would feel … what kind of mom I would be … and here we are … Justin and I couldn’t be MORE STOKED to grow our little family!!”

Jillian Harris shares that they have been talking about children since their second date. They have an eight year age difference, but that doesn’t seem to bother Jillian, who sees her boyfriend as the perfect match. Jillian says that she has waited on Justin to “catch up in age” with her so that they could have a baby on her own. Harris says that she could have had a baby with him years ago and they have been excited about the prospect. It sounds like they have just been waiting for Justin to get a bit older considering he was only 24 when they started dating.

Harris reveals that they found out the pregnancy news around the holidays and she can’t wait to share with fans how they found out. She goes on to talk about how excited she is to be pregnant now.

“Being pregnant has been the WEIRDEST thing I have ever experienced. Maybe I will call it beautiful once the baby is here but for now, it’s just WEIRD. I am literally growing a tiny person. I still can’t get over that. I don’t think about any of the things I thought I would. I mainly obsess if the baby is ok down there, if he or she will be happy, healthy, a good person, will they have a big heart. I use the Ovia App and Justin uses the “WHOS YOUR DADDY” app and every Saturday we bolt out of bed to find out “what size the baby is now” … this week it’s the size of a canary! Chirp Chirp!! LOL”

Jillian Harris hasn’t revealed the sex of her baby yet, but shares that they will not have a big gender reveal party because they are going to keep the sex a surprise until the baby arrives. Jillian is feeling very healthy right now and is really taking care of the baby by eating “vegan-ish.” It looks like things are going great for Jillian Harris and she couldn’t be happier.

As for her ex, Ed Swiderski, things worked out well for him, too. People shared the news that Ed actually got married back in July 2015 to Chicago TV anchor Natalie Bomke. During the wedding, Ed did do something from The Bachelor and asked his bride if she would accept his rose. Of course, she said yes to him. Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski may have not worked out in the end, but they are both where they are now today because of being on the show and the journey that they took together.
