Ryan Edwards Returning To ‘Teen Mom OG’ Special With Maci Bookout After Revealing New Girlfriend’s Identity?

Ryan Edwards and his family, including his mom, Jenn Edwards, and his father, Larry Edwards, were seen on the recent Teen Mom OG Season 6 Reunion, and now, the longtime reality star may be headed back to the show for a special episode.

During Monday night’s episode of Teen Mom OG, Ryan Edwards reunited with his ex-girlfriend, Maci Bookout, and longtime reunion host Dr. Drew Pinksy, to hash out the drama of the season, and to speak of their current relationships. While Jenn admitted she was hopeful that Ryan Edwards and Bookout would eventually get back together, she said they are good as friends at this point, and have both moved on with someone new.

For Bookout, that someone new is Taylor McKinney, the father of her daughter, Jayde Carter McKinney, 9 months, and her soon-to-be baby boy, who is due in May of this year (one day after Jayde turns 1-year-old). After filming Teen Mom OG Season 6, Bookout and McKinney traveled to Los Angeles to film the reunion special, and while in town, they became engaged. Then, just two days later, as Us Weekly revealed in February, Bookout discovered she was pregnant with their second child.

Meanwhile, as was announced at the Teen Mom OG reunion, Ryan Edwards has been seeing someone new, and during his visit to L.A., his mystery girl was in tow. However, at that time, not much was known about who Ryan Edwards was dating. Although Edwards had shared a few photos of a brunette woman in January, he didn’t post a caption with either one, nor did he reveal who the woman was. He even hesitated to speak of her during filming.

“I don’t know really… I just don’t want to bring it up,” Ryan Edwards told Dr. Drew, when he asked if he had a new girlfriend.

“She should be his girlfriend, because she’s awesome,” Bookout proclaimed. “Honestly, I just met her today, but she’s really, really cool.”

Following filming, all photos of Ryan Edwards’ girlfriend were removed from his page, but then, weeks later, he reposted one of the photos, and shared a new one with fans. In the caption of the photo, Ryan Edwards revealed the identity of his girlfriend as Jordan Brown, and told fans he was “so lucky” to have her.

As Ryan Edwards enjoys his new relationship with Brown, a report has hit the web, claiming he may soon be headed back to MTV for a series of Teen Mom OG specials.

“The network will be filming a plethora of specials in March featuring the casts of both Teen Mom 2 and Teen Mom OG. All of these specials will be taped in New York City in front of live studio audiences,” The Ashley’s Reality Roundup revealed on March 1. “For the first special, MTV is planning to bring all of the girls from both casts to talk about sex.”

According to the report, the women of the series will film a special, titled “Let’s Talk About Sex,” as well as an additional special, in which the women will be seen interacting with one another. The casts will also be involved in a “Dads Special,” which will feature the men of the series, likely including Ryan Edwards, taking the stage together for the first time since 2011’s Teen Dad special.

Ryan Edwards has not yet spoken out about his potential involvement.
