‘The 100’ Season 3, Episode 7: Apocalypse Flashback And A.L.I.E. Story Come Together — Clarke And Lexa Get Closer

The 100 season 3, episode 7 is simply titled “Thirteen.” The number has a special significance in the CW series. However, the upcoming episode of The 100 will deal with more than the 13th Clan or the war that Pike and Bellamy caused. In a producer’s preview clip, Jason Rothenberg talks about the next episode, the number “Thirteen” and teases that this is the big flashback fans have been waiting for.

The synopsis for The 100 season 3, episode 7 was released by the CW network. According to Spoilers Guide, Lexa will try to keep the peace and Clarke will find out a “strange and game-changing truth.” Also teased for the episode titled “Thirteen” is a flashback to the past.

Going back to the past was hinted for months, but fans of The 100 were not quite sure what to expect. In the producer’s preview, published by Spoiler TV, creator and executive producer Jason Rothenberg explains fans will actually get to see the apocalypse happen. He also said that in the next episode of The 100, the apocalypse of the past and the A.L.I.E. story will come together. It seems that after The 100 season 3, episode 7, fans might have a better understanding of exactly what happened and A.L.I.E.’s role in the apocalypse. Perhaps this is an episode where others will realize that A.L.I.E.’s magic cure for everything isn’t as good as it seems. There are already some who doubt it is a good thing. As Abby stated, it seems to take away a lot more than pain.

Speaking of A.L.I.E., there are rumors that The 100 season 3 will feature a mysterious enemy. Instead of a new villain, perhaps this is referencing A.L.I.E.. If something seems to good to be true, it probably is. But will it be too late for Jaha, Raven, and the others that swallowed A.L.I.E.’s cure?

As for Clarke and Lexa, in The 100 season 3, episode 7, the two women will get closer. “Clexa” or “Celexa” shippers already predicted this. At the beginning of season 3 of the 100, some viewers were not so sure Lexa could be trusted. However, the last two weeks she has revealed she really does have feelings for Clarke. Unfortunately, she is caught between Clarke and making “Grounder appropriate” decisions. If Lexa isn’t careful in The 100, she could have her entire clan plotting against her. There is also the other clans Lexa will have to worry about. She is going against tradition and the Grounders have done things a specific way for generations.

In the synopsis for The 100 season 3, episode 7, it was teased that Clarke would discover a “strange” and “game-changing” truth. A.L.I.E.’s remedy for certain members of mankind is definitely strange. Does the truth have something to do with the artificial intelligence in The 100? Or is it referencing something else?

In the extended promo for The 100 season 3, episode 7, Lexa’s leadership skills are questioned. In the clip, she angrily says that she is still capable of leading despite her feelings for Clarke. But is she really? The Grounders firmly believe in blood must have blood. Lexa’s recent decision to do nothing does not sit well with her clan. Could they try to do something about getting Lexa out of her leadership role? Or perhaps the Grounders will try to eliminate the problem — Clarke? Even though that is a possibility, Clarke is one of the main stars of The 100. It is doubtful she will be eliminated.

What do you think will happen in The 100 season 3, episode 7? Besides the 12 Clans wanting a war, what other special significance does “Thirteen” have? Are Lexa and Clarke in danger because of the “peace” decisions? Or will the Grounders follow Lexa’s orders and stand down?
