‘RHONJ’ Teresa Giudice & Joe Giudice Waited To Be Intimate For Days After Her Prison Release

Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, were reportedly unable to be intimate for days after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was released from the Federal Correctional Facility in Danbury, Connecticut. Although the pair was certainly ready for some alone time, their four daughters, Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana, were way too excited to see their mother, and wouldn’t leave the couple alone in their bedroom.

“Joe was frustrated the girls wouldn’t leave the bedroom because they had missed [Teresa Giudice] so much,” an insider told Radar Online on March 1. “He understood, but made it clear, on the third night, everyone would go back to their own bedrooms.”

Teresa Giudice and her husband were sentenced to time behind bars in October 2014 due to crimes of bank and wire fraud. During their hearing, Teresa Giudice was dealt a 15-month prison term, while her husband, Joe, received a 41-month sentence.

Teresa Giudice began her sentence on January 5, 2015, after wrapping filming on the sixth season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and was released after serving just under one year behind bars on December 23 of that same year. Meanwhile, Joe was allowed to stay with the children while she was away, and will begin serving his term on March 4 as she continues her role on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7.

According to the report, Teresa Giudice will be adding an additional chapter to her book, Turning The Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, this summer, when the publication’s paperback version is released.

“[Teresa Giudice] will add a chapter at the end of the paperback about how anxious she was to get home for the first time,” the source told Radar. “Knowing cameras were going to be there filming for the Real Housewives of New Jersey, she just didn’t know what to anticipate.”

“She was so surprised by the Lexus SUV that Joe had gotten for her, but made sure the couple could afford it,” the insider added.

As Joe prepares to begin serving his 41-month sentence at a New Jersey prison, Teresa Giudice is reportedly continuing her gig on Bravo, and preparing to make the most of her time behind bars. As the site explained, Teresa Giudice’s team, including her lawyer, James Leonard, have “secured the most lucrative contracts and deals for Teresa. Each business decision is made after extensive research and discussion.”

“[Teresa Giudice] is moving forward with other endeavors that will continue to grow her brand,” the insider added.

Also in the report, it was noted that Teresa Giudice and Joe’s mansion in Montville, New Jersey is no longer in foreclosure after she and her husband struck up a deal with their bank. In addition, Teresa Giudice has paid off her restitution bill, and is working with the IRS to resolve her lingering back taxes.

Joining Teresa Giudice as she films the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are returning housewives Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita, as well as a number of possible new additions. However, while many new faces have been seen on social media and at events, no official cast announcement has been made in regard to who will be featured.

Teresa Giudice will return to Bravo later this year for the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. A premiere date for the upcoming installment has yet to be set.
