Tito Jackson’s Son ‘TJ’ Files For Guardianship Of Michael Jackson’s Kids

Tito Joe Jackson (TJ), the 34-year-old son of Michael Jackson’s brother Tito has filed legal documents requesting that he be made the legal guardian of Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson. The move comes during a tumultuous time for the Jackson family as the fight over Katherine Jackson’s guardianship of the children has reportedly led to verbal and physical fights among family members and friends.

Insiders say the three children would love TJ Jackson to become their legal guardian. The children say grandmother Katherine for all intensive purposes has been “kidnapped” by Michael Jackson’s siblings and that they have not had a chance to visit with her in 9 days.

California judges do not grant temporary guardianship status for teenagers unless they agree with the selection. Sources near the family say TJ has acted like a father figure to them and they would love to live with him.

The Michael Jackson Estate in the meantime has shown its support of TJ’s decision to take on the children’s temporary and potentially their long-term care if a Probate judge allows the guardianship of Michael Jackson’s children to be granted.

In a tweet sent 15 hours ago TJ spoke directly to Paris Jackson:

Paris Jackson has been the most vocal opponent of her family’s attempt to remove Katherine Jackson from the picture, after her online discussion with TJ on Monday she took back to the microblogging site to proclaim:
