Kris Jenner Gives Kanye The Thumbs Up: ‘He’s A Great Guy’

Either Kris Jenner is trying to keep her composure, or she really supports Kanye West no matter what. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch has finally revealed what she really thinks of the rapper’s infamous Twitter rants.

Kris Jenner made an appearance on Monday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The reality star joked that she should “ground” her son-in-law after he caused so much trouble on Twitter.

“Kanye is tweeting like crazy, and you don’t want to say ‘Stop tweeting?'” Ellen DeGeneres asked.

“There have been days where there should be a no tweeting law,” joked the 60-year-old. “I feel like I will ground him.”

Kris Jenner seems to be a huge Kanye West supporter. She added that the emotional artist is a “great guy” despite his tweets. Jenner admitted that West loves to express himself on Twitter, but his message doesn’t come across “the right way.”

She also addressed the time when Kanye claimed he was $53 million in debt and asked Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to invest in some of his business ideas.

“When he was like, ‘Oh I am $53 million in debt’ – that whole thing – what he was trying to say was that’s what he has done to spend on his clothing line over the last 15 or 20 years or whatever it’s been. But it comes out not exactly the right way and people get it misconstrued through the media and then it’s complicated, what can I say.”

Then Ellen joked that the “Famous” rapper should get a board of directors to approve his tweets, Kris laughed and responded, “That is such a good idea!”

This comes after the slew of reports and rumors about Kris Jenner was “furious” that Kanye West’s online outbursts are “damaging the family brand,” according to She Knows.

“Kris loves Kanye but really hates his recent behavior,” an insider confirmed, adding that Kris is “getting really anxious and upset about it.”

In addition, Radar Online reported that Kris Jenner has asked Kimye to move out of her home, but both have refused. An insider revealed that Kris moved out into a nearby condominium so she can enjoy some much-needed quiet time with boyfriend Corey Gamble, 36.

Supposedly, Jenner is not the only one who’s expressed concern over West’s sudden outbursts. So has his wife, Kim Kardashian, who is also believed to be “concerned and frustrated” with the drama that he has been causing lately.

“She and Kanye are having problems that are escalating,” a second source revealed. “Kim has demanded that Kanye get therapy.”

Back on February 22, it was claimed that the source was not accurate and that Kris supports her son-in-law. Another insider revealed what the proud mom really thinks of Kanye West’s Twitter rants behind closed doors, according to Entertainment Tonight.

“Kris Jenner adores Kanye and is proud to have him part of her family. All these reports about Kris and the family worrying about Kanye hurting their brand are 100000 per cent false – unequivocally false.”

Meanwhile, another insider explicitly told Page Six that Kris Jenner can’t tell Kanye West what to do, since ranting and causing controversy is all a part of his brand, not hers. In addition, mama Jenner also spoke kindly about West at the Yeezy Season 3 fashion show and on E!’s Fashion Police. Jenner remarked about how “talented” the rapper is and that he has a strong “vision” when he’s working in and out of the recording studio.

Kim Kardashian has denied the Kimye divorce rumors by professing her love and loyalty to her controversial husband on her website and app. In a blog post entitled “Currently,” Kim revealed that she’s always loving, wearing, and watching everything Kanye. The starlet also admitted that she loves his Twitter rants and wishes that people would better understand him.
