Kate Hudson: How You Can Get Her Body By Eating Burrito Bowls

Kate Hudson undoubtedly looked like a goddess in her side-split gown at the Vanity Fair Oscar party, but the credit goes to not just the designer but the actress as well, who makes sure she keeps her body in top shape. Which is to say her sizzling Oscar look was down to not just her dress but her hot body too. The 36-year-old wore a silver gown that was risqué, and showed off her legs just right, the Daily Mail has reported.


She wore dangling diamond earrings and let her short blonde hair down. Hudson went nude on her lips and pretty light on eye makeup, too. She refrained from wearing any neck piece, and no one is complaining! She even pulled funny faces and seemed to be in an overall good mood.

It’s no wonder that Hudson has managed to look so good. She is an advocate for how to love your body and feel happy. Her new book, Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways To Love Your Body, made the the New York Times Bestseller list.


The book talks about the way one must appreciate their bodies. She said the book was about how to connect with yourself and make yourself happy, really.

“The book is really about connecting to the things that you want, the things that you need, the things to make you happy,” the actress told People at her book launch that happened Tuesday.

She was being quite frank when she said life could be rough and that one needed to connect with things that motivate.

“The things when life happens and is rough and kicks you off your feet, that you always know and understand and connect to the things that will motivate you.”


She said her life is all about getting in touch with the two sides of herself, which is what book is about too.

“There’s two sides to me,” she said. ‘There’s this sort of business side and there’s the fast-moving like, ‘let’s get everything going’ side, but then there’s my creative side that, like, to just lock myself in a room and get weird. That’s just the reality of my life.”

E! Online reported that Kate Hudson is a big fan of Sakara Life, a vegan delivery food program. So, what does this diet really consist of? And does it really make the cut?


It’s not clear if the meal can be compared to the fulsomeness of a McDonald’s meal, but it is surely good for you. The meals may include things like Cinnamon Spiced Crunch Granola, Prosperity Pad Thai, and Red Beet Borscht & Olive Focaccia, which is served with almond butter milk or rose water. It does include some familiar things like Burrito Bowls and Muffins. Although some of the meals may sound like a good idea, few others might just leave you wanting for more. However, Sakara, that caters mostly to runway models and celebrities, may be great for you health but would probably burn a hole in your pocket. However, this is not to say that a celebrity body can’t be achieved without an expensive diet!


It surely takes a lot of hard work and good diet to maintain a superstar body. Hudson says said it is not easy for her to maintain that physique and that it needs a lot of discipline, the Daily Mail has reported. “It takes a lot of work. For me, it’s more about how do you motivate women to want that to be a part of their lifestyle, the actual work part, because it is a discipline.”
