‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Arrested–Adam And Victoria Fight For Control Of Newman– Nikki Makes A Decision
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may finally see his day in court as he faces charges for his role in kidnapping Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and bringing Marco Annicelli (Peter Bergman) to Genoa City. Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) arrests Victor, and the aftermath of Victor’s capture affected nearly everyone on the show. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Adam (Justin Hartley) Newman scramble to decide what to do next and feel conflicted about which one is better to head Newman Enterprise. Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Smith) makes a critical decision about her future.

Soap Central shared that Victor will face charges for his role in bringing Marco Annicelli to Genoa City. Paul will arrest Victor and he will be forced to defend his actions to his whole family. Victoria will come to blows with Victor because she is livid that she stood up for him when all along he was scheming to try to steal Jabot from the Abbotts. In Victoria’s eyes, this was the last straw, and she can no longer defend his actions anymore.
The Young and the Restless promo shows Victor in a hospital bed screaming at his family that they are all a bunch of traitors. Victor was apparently upset that no one is standing by his side to defend his actions. In fact, his whole family including his wife Nikki Newman turned on him in his hour of need.

The Young and the Restless spoilers revealed that without Victor’s interference in his loved one’s lives, their lives may change for the better. Victoria and Billy move on with wedding plans without the fear that Victor will ruin their ceremony. Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick are able to enjoy a peaceful life without Victor asserting himself in their everyday affairs. Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Jack (Peter Bergman) finally have closure to the terrible things Victor did to them last year. Nikki learns that she can live without Victor, and realizes her cross to bear is her love for Victor Newman.
The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that the one person that will struggle with the most with Victor’s incarceration is Adam. He had spent over a year desperately seeking his father’s approval in hopes that he will hand over his company to him one day. Adam tells his wife, Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) that he cannot walk away from Victor or the company, no matter how badly Victor treats him. Chelsea cannot understand why Adam can’t leave Victor’s side and doesn’t understand the hold Victor has on her husband. Will Adam come to his father defense or will he use this legal dilemma to move in and sweep up the head position of Newman Enterprises?

It seems very unlikely that Victor will serve much time in prison, even if convicted. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Victor may have something up his sleeve and will have an ace in the hole to get out of the service one day in prison.
