Fred Willard Reviews XXX Movie After Arrest: It Was A Lousy Film

Fred Willard was arrested, fired, and humiliated after he was caught with his pants down last week at an adult movie theater. But the worst part of the ordeal, according to the comedian, was that the XXX movie was a “lousy film.”

Willard took to Twitter a few days after his arrest asking his fans to hold-off on their judgement until they heard his side of the story. He also managed to slip a few jokes into his brief tweet.

Willard said:

“Wait til u hear my version; much more PG. my review, lousy film, but theater would make a terrific racquetball court. Full story 2 follow. “

Willard hasn’t released the “full story” yet, but he did manage to plug his new show. Willard was fired from the show “Market Warriors” by PBS after his arrest, but the “Best In Show” comedian still has a job with ABC on Trust Us With Your Life.

Willard said:

“I was not fired from TUWYL so B sure 2 watch Trust Us Wtih your life Tues, ABC 9.”

The NY Daily News reports that Willard was facing jail time after his arrest, but it was recently ruled that he’ll be able to skip prison if he completes a diversion program.

Frank Mateljan, spokesman for Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich, said:

“Should he complete the course, we will consider the matter closed.”
