‘The Bachelor’ Overnight Date Spoilers: Who Does Ben Sleep With In The Fantasy Suite, Who Goes Home Broken-hearted?

The Bachelor Ben Higgins and his final three girls head to Jamaica on Monday night, and after spending the night in the Fantasy Suite, one girl will go home without hearing “I love you” from Ben.

Does Ben sleep with Caila, Lauren B., and JoJo during the overnight dates, and what happens during one date that causes Ben to break one girl’s heart at the rose ceremony? Here’s the low-down on Episode 9, including spoilers and preview videos for one of the most emotional episodes of the season.

Last week, Ben eliminated Amanda Stanton after spending the day with her two daughters on the hometown dates episode. Some fans were shocked that he didn’t send Caila Quinn home, but rumors that she may become the next Bachelorette might have something to do with the 24-year-old software sales rep sticking around longer than Amanda.

The overnight dates were filmed in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, at the Sandals Royal Plantation back in November. The season finale was also filmed at the resort, so fans can expect the scenery surrounding the final rose ceremony to be spectacular. Unfortunately, Ben will be crying so much after breaking one girl’s heart that he will distract viewers from appreciating the beauty of the tropical destination.

According to blogger Reality Steve, all three girls — Caila, Lauren B. and JoJo — will accept the key to the Fantasy Suite with Ben, but not before they enjoy one-on-one dates during the daylight hours.

One date that won’t go so well is Caila’s, with ABC’s previews showing her struggling to communicate with Ben. In the clip below, Ben tries to get Caila to relax and enjoy their day together. However, it’s clear that Caila is having a difficult time expressing her feelings for Ben, something that he takes into consideration when making his final rose decision.

Although Caila’s insecurities make her daytime date with Ben awkward to watch, that doesn’t stop her from accepting the key to the Fantasy Suite with Ben.

Of course, viewers may never know if she had sex with Ben. What goes on between closed doors is normally a Bachelor secret, although there have been a few contestants who have talked openly about it — remember Nick Viall spilled the details of his night on Andi Dorfman’s season?

ABC has been teasing fans with the fact that Ben tells two girls “I love you” this season, but Caila won’t be the one to hear those words from Ben. She intrigued Ben throughout the season, but never had the connection with Ben that JoJo and Lauren B. did.

That leaves JoJo and Lauren B. as Ben’s final two girls and that’s not a big shocker to anyone who has watched the show since the premiere aired in January. Early on in the season, Ben wrote in his People blog that Lauren “took his breath away” and it’s been very obvious that he’s been smitten with her from night one.

JoJo also held his interest since stepping out of the limo wearing a unicorn head, but the hometown dates were definitely a step back for the Texas beauty. Between her brothers’ actions during the hometown dates and the love letter she received from her ex-boyfriend Chad, Ben certainly had a lot to think about going into the overnight dates.

In the video preview below, Ben says “I love you” and “I do love you” to his final two girls.

Although the sneak peek doesn’t show who he is saying those words to, there is speculation that the “I love you” is for Lauren B. Could it be that he is saying, “I do love you, but….” to JoJo?
