‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Morgan’s Guilt Over Kiki’s Shooting Push Him Over The Edge?

The aftermath of the gun deal gone bad has left Kiki Jerome fighting for her life on General Hospital. While Morgan Corinthos didn’t actually pull the trigger, his actions up to that point set the tragedy in motion, and now he has to deal with the guilt over what happened.

Three people are lying in a hospital bed right now. Both Nathan West and Lulu Falconeri are expected to be okay. However, Kiki is in critical condition after being shot by Dixon when she ran in front of Morgan. Now he is devastated that he caused this to happen. Ever since he threw his bipolar medications into the trash, he has begun spinning out of control, and it has now hit its peak.

His guilt will surely eat away at him and, according to a clip put out by the soap’s official Twitter, Morgan’s guilt will push him over the edge, and he will end up on the hospital rooftop thinking about jumping. The roof on top of General Hospital has been a popular spot in the past when someone wants to be alone or to hop up on the ledge to do the unthinkable.

This time, Morgan is the one who is expected to be so distraught that he thinks about ending his life because of the bad choices that he made, which in turn has hurt the people he loves. Of course, his family will most likely talk him down. Carly, Sonny, and Michael have all been trying to make sure that Morgan gets the help that he needs for his mental health.

As seen on General Hospital last week, Kiki had been there for Morgan since his diagnosis as well, but the last straw came when he was caught in a compromising position with Darby. Now, Kiki is fighting for her life, and Ava is putting the blame onto Morgan.

On Wednesday’s episode, Ava went hysterical after learning that her daughter was on the docks to save Morgan. Neither one of them should have been there in the first place. Ava laid into the young Corinthos screaming that this was all his fault. After seeing Kiki lying in the hospital bed unconscious, he admitted that it was his fault. The look on his face was the look of realization that he was the one who set this whole thing in motion because he went off his meds and wouldn’t listen to his family, or to Kiki.

We Love Soaps has noted that on Thursday’s episode of General Hosptial, Morgan will reach the bottom, and that means that his guilt over what happened this week may just come to a head. Who will talk him down? It could be Carly. She seems to have her hands full at the moment. She was with Kiki after the shooting happened, and now she is dealing with the aftermath of having her son involved in this mess. Plus, she is upset with Sonny that he kept her in the dark about his recovery and the secret gun deal that went so bad.

She will most likely put everything she has into making sure that Morgan gets the help he needs and will stand by him no matter what. Carly also laid into Sonny on the fact that he let their son leave the house knowing that he was in such a manic state.

It could also be Michael who finds his brother up on the ledge. It would be a twist if maybe Ava would be the one who talks him out of jumping off the hospital ledge. Even though her daughter was shot because of him, Ava still cares about Morgan since they were involved for a while, so she may be the best option to talk him out of ending his life.

General Hospital has been at its best this week. It is Fan February, and this soap is giving their fans lots of drama, excitement, and even a little romance. At least Julian and Alexis managed to say their I dos before the chaos erupted.
