Is Lisa Rinna Getting A Divorce? ‘RHOBH’ Star Speaks Out

Lisa Rinna joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills last year even though her husband, Harry Hamlin, wasn’t pleased with the idea. Lisa is a good friend of Kyle Richards, and she may have reached out to Lisa in hopes of getting her on the show. Lisa was psyched about the opportunity and despite Harry’s threat of a divorce, she went along with it. Now, two years later, Harry hasn’t divorced her, and Rinna appears to be having fun with it all. But according to a new Bravo report, Lisa Rinna is now facing some backlash on Twitter about her marriage.

It all started when a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fan made her predictions that Harry would be divorcing Lisa within two years. Apparently, the prediction was made based on the fact that many Real Housewives couples have fallen victim to the reality television curse — without taking into account the many years that Lisa Rinna and Harry have been married.

“..lay you odds… Harry divorces you within 2 years…. mark my word!!!” one follower wrote to Rinna, who replied in a humorous way with, “Wow Jo Ann are you God?” And immediately, Lisa’s followers felt that the comment was rude and unnecessary.

“Wow that do so unessarry & mean? Let the haters hate Lisa they got nothing better to do,” one person wrote in Lisa’s defense, which had the original follower write, “…hey ya all I’m just a ‘housewife’ fan giving my all American opinion..get ya all a life.. Whoa!!!” And of course, people started coming with their various opinions, including a theory that Lisa was already divorced and just hiding it.

“Nah just someone who thinks she is. My reading… she’s divorced, lonely and fame thirsty. U made her day replying,” one follower named Stevie wrote to them all, to which Rinna replied, “..stevie..get a real job.. I’m just a fan giving my opinion..”

These are the kinds of things that Lisa Rinna now has to deal with. When she first started on the show, she didn’t get this kind of backlash. It wasn’t until the whole Yolanda Foster and Munchausen that she started getting some negative feedback from viewers. And maybe all of this drama is tearing her down, because Rinna is questioning whether she can last several more seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, according to AdWeek.

“Oh God, I don’t know. It is a hard show to do, because you do take it personally. You can’t help it. It’s real. It’s really happening even though it’s still a show. It’s not like I have a script. Even when I’m working as an actor, it’s really hard to let it go at the end of the day. I’m not somebody who can just drop a character and be myself. It comes along with me. So being myself, it’s even harder to drop. It’s kind of a mind-fu*ck to be honest with you,” Rinna revealed when asked during an interview with AdWeek.

Plus, Lisa Rinna also had some thoughts about Yolanda Foster. Of course, her illness is one thing that the ladies discuss, but Rinna was shocked that Foster hid the entire divorce from the ladies. And she explains that it simply isn’t fair, as Foster signed up to share all aspects of her life — not just the illness.

“I mean, the truth of the truth is that really did happen. I’m doing a reality show. I’m supposed to show you my real life. I’m supposed to tell you what really goes on. You know, David Foster and Yolanda were getting divorced and they hid the entire thing from us. We never even dealt with it. So I go, ‘All right, well what’s my job here?’ My job is to show up and show you all aspects of my life. That’s what I signed up for. So to me, then, it’s very confusing if somebody can pick and choose what they show….” Rinna points out.
