‘RHONJ’ Teresa Giudice & Husband Joe Looked Happy During A Pre-Prison Night Out

Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe, will soon begin his 41-month prison sentence, and before he does, he and his Real Housewives of New Jersey star wife are making the most of their time together. During one of their latest outings, via Page Six on February 23, Teresa Giudice and Joe were said to be in good spirits.

According to the report, Teresa Giudice and her husband visited the MoonShine Modern Supper Club in Millburn, New Jersey on Saturday with some friends, and while socializing, the reality pair “looked happy.”

“They were with three other couples,” a source told the outlet. “Everyone was in good spirits.?.?. [Teresa Giudice and Joe] looked happy to be out having good times with friends.”

Teresa Giudice and her husband received their sentencing for crimes of bank and wire fraud in October 2014, and in January 2015, Teresa Giudice began a 15-month prison term. However, rather than serve her full term, Teresa Giudice was released from prison after serving just 11 months in December of last year. Meanwhile, Joe was dealt a 41-month prison term, which he will begin early next month.

After Teresa Giudice’s prison release, she was put on a multi-week house arrest, which came to an end earlier this month. During that time, Teresa Giudice was allowed to leave her home only if her parole officer first give her the approval.

Once Teresa Giudice was thrown behind bars, The Real Housewives of New Jersey was placed into hiatus, and for over a year, the cast didn’t film. Instead, Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe, starred in a special documentary about his life raising their four children without their mother. The special was called The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In and aired in three-parts last year. Then, after Teresa Giudice’s release, she and the cast began filming for season seven, which will air later this year on Bravo.

In a recent interview, Teresa Giudice spoke of her release from the Federal Correctional Facility in Danbury, Connecticut, as well as the connections she made with her fellow inmates.

“I didn’t sleep the last three nights. I was so anxious,” Teresa Giudice explained to E! News of her exit. “And the last night, my closest girlfriends that I made there, they wanted to stay up with me. They’re like, ‘We’re not going to sleep.’ It was so cute. I made great friends there. I met some amazing women.”

“We stayed up all night,” Teresa Giudice continued. “I wasn’t sure how I was going to wear my hair home. So one of my girlfriends, she straightened my hair. She wanted to make sure it was perfect. We were doing it for hours in the bathroom. A lot of the girls kept coming in to say goodbye to me, they knew I was in there. Just a lot of love and support.”

“We all helped each other get through our time,” Teresa Giudice added.

In the weeks since Teresa Giudice was released from house arrest, she’s been confirmed as a returning member of The Real Housewife of New Jersey, as has Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita. As for the rest of the show’s cast, new members have yet to be revealed, and with the premiere likely months away, fans may have a while to wait. Until then, fans should stay tuned to the three ladies’ Instagram accounts, as they often share photos of one another, and of possible new cast members.
