‘Real Housewives’ Star Kim Fields Shares What She Thinks Of Kenya Moore’s Apology

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Fields has been staying somewhat silent over the past couple of weeks, as her marriage has been questioned on national television for all to see. Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore brought up the rumors that Kim’s husband was, indeed, gay, and this quickly turned into a Real Housewives feud. Fields previously revealed that she was very upset with her co-star for bringing up the rumors, sharing that she felt Kenya needed psychological help. According to a new Bravo report, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Fields is now revealing that she doesn’t really think Kenya’s apology is sincere.

Moore apologized to Cynthia Bailey on Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta because she had made a scene over not being chosen as a producer for her commercial in Jamaica. But while she was willing to apologize to Bailey, Kenya called Kim fake, saying that Fields was being fake about your life.

“Amused. All I know how to be is myself. All the world has known of me since my childhood is me being true to myself. I’m so grateful to have an incredibly full and #BlessedLife. Blessings are not fake. Fascinating to witness ‘Unhinging in Jamaica,’ the mini-series,” the new Real Housewives star reveals, adding about the apology for pulling out her chair, “Only time can tell if an apology is sincere, based on the actions in the wake of the apology.”

It is possible that Kim and Kenya haven’t seen one another since The Real Housewives of Atlanta wrapped up. While they were somewhat civil on the cast trip, it is clear that Kim doesn’t see a point to getting close to Kenya. And in her blog for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Moore gives her side of the gay rumor stories.

“Collectively, we all saw signs of his dual personality which prompted the discussion about him at all and hence the prevalent gay rumors pre-dating the show. The gay rumors have been around for over 10 years. Anyone can google it–no one made them up. They exist for a reason true or not. Therefore, for me to mention the gay rumors were completely justified within the conversation,” Moore revealed in her Real Housewives of Atlanta blog.

But she does defend her new Real Housewives co-star, revealing that it is never fun for people to be gossiping about family, friends and children. And Kenya should know, as she was the focus of various rumors regarding Apollo Nida a few years ago on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta. She was quickly labeled as the cheap, easy, and horrible housewife.

“To be fair, no one wants to be gossiped about, but we are publicly known so many believe our lives are fair game. Blogs make millions of dollars off hearsay; TMZ, Perez Hilton, MediaTakeOut, Radar, etc. are all blogs that regurgitate gossip for interesting fodder. With that said, it was a private conversation, so I was surprised that Sheree mentioned it to Kim, but I can’t fault her for it. I would want to know what is being said about me too,” she points out, according to Bravo.

Surely, Fields isn’t buying the apologies that are coming from Kenya, as she hasn’t really seen a sympathetic woman. Only time will tell how things will turn out. As she explains in her blog, Fields needs to see how her co-star behaves after the apology, which did come about 6 months ago. Her co-star has had months to make things better, and it is possible that this will resurface during the reunion special.
