Kaley Cuoco has experienced a trying year since her split from husband of 21 months, Ryan Sweeting. The Big Bang Theory star recently spoke with Ellen about the recent split and period of her life, sharing that is has been "very bizarre."
Entertainment Tonight shares the actress' words with Ellen, noting the ups and downs of life we all experience.
"We all go through really weird ups and downs. Sometimes I'm a little bit more seen, and everyone goes through that stuff."The star recently covered up a tattoo of her wedding date, but admits that she looking to the future and doing much better since the shock of the split wore off.
"I already feel like 2016 is going to be a much better year than 2015, It's been rough, but things are going good. I'm much, much better now. I'm in a much better place than I was."
"Spaghetti, marshmallows and chocolate. Spaghetti is sexy."Cuoco has also kept busy decorating her bachelorette pad. Interior designer Jeff Andrew shared about the overhaul he's done on the new house Kaley has moved into.
"We ended up re-doing pretty much the entire house."Last week, the super-fit actress shared with the entertainment news site about how she has gone about achieving her fit physique. ET relayed how it is that Cuoco maintains the best abs in Hollywood.
"Yoga is the secret. Yoga is the reason that I have been [looking great]. It has done everything, mentally and physically. I love it."Kaley notes how the form of exercise has done wonders for her in a variety of ways. The sitcom starlet also relayed how she feels her most beautiful after finishing a yoga class. The beauty relayed that she feels best "In yoga pants, at home with the dogs, drinking my wine after yoga," despite the fact that she has hit a number of red carpets looking glamorous.
Cuoco also confessed to the reason she participates in yoga so devotedly.
"I only go to yoga to drink wine, so I'm good. I just throw the calories right back in."Additionally, Kaley shared about her complete appreciation and excitement over the hit show she has been a part of for nearly a decade, noting the surprise she feels that the show still stands as the top sitcom of the day.
"This is unbelievable. To still be number one, it makes no sense. [We have] amazing writers, an amazing cast and crew of people. This is a dream come true. You don't ever think you are ever going to get to a point like this, and then when you are here, it is all about gratefulness, so I am thrilled to be here."The blonde stunner also was sure to share her most memorable moment since being involved with the show.
"One that I'll always find special -- it was a long time ago -- is our holiday episode where Sheldon and Penny hug for the first time. I love that one. But, we've done so many fun ones as a group. The scavenger hunt was fun, and I love when we're all together. It's nice."The Big Bang Theory has been the top sitcom on television for a number of years consecutively, and has a massive following due to the quirky characters and incredible writing, as Cuoco shares. Variety notes how the show has taken a "bite out the competition" for years now.
