‘Teen Mom OG’ Maci Bookout Pregnant, Ryan Edwards Debuts New Girlfriend?

Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney are expecting their second child together. Although Maci Bookout gave birth just nine months ago to her daughter Jayde Carter McKinney, the Teen Mom OG star is already six-months pregnant with a baby boy.

During a February 17 interview with Us Weekly, Maci Bookout spoke of her surprise in learning that she would be welcoming her third child at just 24-years of age.

Just one day after announcing her engagement to McKinney following years of dating, Maci Bookout traveled to her doctor to refill her birth control, but rather than do so, she was informed of her third pregnancy. Although Maci Bookout believed her doctor to be joking, she eventually came to terms with the surprise baby news.

“I laughed at her!” Maci Bookout recalled. “I mean, she’s the doctor that delivered Jayde, so I was like, ‘Ha ha, that’s a funny joke — but it’s not really that funny!’ And she was like, ‘No, seriously!’ And I was like, ‘Oh, OK — well, give me 10 minutes to not freak out… You’re wrong. You’ve got the wrong results, you mixed them up.’ But no, she was serious!”

Currently, Maci Bookout and McKinney are planning for an October wedding ceremony, and while the pregnancy has certainly been quite a shock, despite her being five-months pregnant at the time of the news, there will not be a postponement.

Throughout the currently airing season of Teen Mom OG, a possible engagement between Maci Bookout and McKinney has been discussed, but so far, their actual engagement hasn’t been seen.

Meanwhile, on the show, Maci Bookout and ex-boyfriend Ryan Edwards appear to be on better terms as they continue to co-parent their 7-year-old son, Bentley. While the former pair has had a few on-screen feuds, they seem to be civil for the most part, and on Twitter, many fans have commented to Edwards, applauding him for settling his differences with Maci Bookout.

On February 20, Edwards responded to a message from a fan, who noted that she preferred to watch the show when he and Maci Bookout were getting along.

“Thanks,” he told the woman.

As for the dating life of Edwards, he’s seen a number of women since Maci Bookout, but so far, he hasn’t seemed to find anything serious. That said, he recently shared a photo of himself and a mystery woman, who appears to be the same woman he debuted weeks ago on Instagram but later removed.

On February 19, Edwards posted a photo on Instagram, which featured himself and the unnamed woman, but didn’t add a caption.

The brunette appears to be the same woman Edwards shared a few photos of last month but later deleted from his account, leading many to believe the possible pair had split. However, Edwards never confirmed the status of their relationship or spoke on their split.

Just weeks before Maci Bookout’s engagement, she spoke to Us Weekly, claiming she wasn’t understanding why McKinney was waiting to propose because they were already practically married.

“It’s so to the point where I’m like, ‘Really, what is the deal?'” Maci Bookout told the magazine in December. “Marriage is something I want in my life. In my opinion — and I think Taylor would agree — we pretty much are already married. So it’s kind of like, ‘All right, what are we waiting on?’ I’m confused.”
