Khloe Kardashian Posts Cryptic Message About ‘Toxic People’ And ‘Letting Go’

Khloe Kardashian recently wrote a lengthy post on Instagram in which she referenced “toxic people” and “letting go” of those people who aren’t good for you.

The 31-year-old Keeping up with the Kardashians star shared a graphic with the words: “You never really see how toxic someone is until you breathe fresher air.” Along with the picture, Khloe shared a somewhat cryptic message explaining how to be happy with yourself and your life.

“Let me remind you that we don’t need anybody’s approval to be happy in life,” Khloe wrote. “It’s on you to validate and accept your version of happiness. Take the control back. You choose your life. Don’t let anyone else decide for you. We are no victims to life. No prisoners. But we do become victims and prisoners to the people we choose to surround ourselves with. We tend to become content, passive and blind within our relationships. Whether it be a family member, business partner, friend or a lover. Out of comfort and possibly fear. The unknown will leave you stuck in a bad situation. Choosing comfort over your own happiness. Never forget that fate loves the fearless.”

While the The Kocktails With Khloe star didn’t mention anyone by name in her post, it is assumed that whoever the message is directed to made her very upset, as she continued her post by explaining her perceived differences between “giving up” and “letting go.” Kardashian said it is important to understand that giving up is not the same thing as letting go, and being able to let go of those who hold you back takes courage and strength. By removing the toxic people from your life, Khloe says, you will be making room for more positive influences.

“Today’s wisdom was yesterday’s pain,” Kardashian continued. “Tomorrows happiness is today’s bravery. Never be fearful of letting go, for sometimes holding on can damage you deeper. Those scars run deep.”

“There’s a huge difference between giving up and letting go. Giving up means you are selling yourself short. It means allowing fear to limit your opportunities and keep you cemented in place. Stuck. Letting go means freeing yourself from something that is no longer beneficial to your personal growth.

It means removing toxic people and toxic mindsets from your life so that you can make room for relationships and ideas that are conducive to your happiness and ever evolving personal expansion. Giving up is self-defeat. Letting go is self-love. Letting go means putting yourself first instead of holding on to that negative space you don’t deserve. Nobody deserves. Removing toxic people from your life is only allowing room for a positive flow to elevate your mind, body and soul. Not everyone who started with you will finish with you. Be ok with that. ‘God Helps Those Who Help Themselves.'”

Khloe’s Instagram post comes just one week after she and her estranged husband Lamar Odom were seen out together at Kanye West’s album release party and Yeezy Season 3 fashion show on February 11 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The pair sat together during the event and were all smiles.

Khloe Kardashian’s mother/momager Kris Jenner was obviously suppportive of her daughter’s post, as she later regrammed Khloe’s post and cited the last words she wrote “God helps those who help themselves.” Jenner also added the hashtags #proudmama and #choosehappiness.
