Watch Arsenal Vs. Barcelona Live Online: Streaming Links, Big Tuesday Showdown Between Familiar Foes

Arsenal is set to take on European champions Barcelona this Tuesday in what promises to be the most mouthwatering tie in Champions League's current round of fixtures.

Football fans would know this is a rivalry with a particularly appetizing recent past, with Arsenal and Barcelona having met in the knockout stages of the competition twice in the last six years. On both occasions, Arsenal were knocked out of the Champions League by a rampant Barcelona team.

And although the Catalan giants, who were also treble winners last season, would hope that they can continue to dominate Arsenal in the latest fixture too, the English team would hope that they can enforce a reversal in their fortunes this time around, especially considering that some of its star players have returned from injury over the course of the last weeks.

This will be the first time that former Barcelona hero Alexis Sanchez, who was not able to lift the coveted Champions League trophy during his three years in Spain, will play against his old club after he made the move to the Premier League in the summer of 2014. Speaking to Sunday Mirror(via Sky Sports), the Chilean star revealed that he had no regrets on leaving the Spanish champions for Arsenal.

"It wasn't easy to leave Barcelona. I fulfilled a dream when I moved there -- to play in Spain and for the champions -- but very few players stay in the same club all their life. To leave is normal."
He further reiterated that he is loving life at Arsenal, and hinted that a plethora of attacking options at Barcelona helped him in making his mind up.
"I wanted a new project, a new experience. And with so many attacking players at Barca it was a good choice to go... it has been a positive move and I love it at Arsenal."
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who oversaw his team defeat Barcelona at the Emirates stadium in a fantastic tie at the same stage of the Champions League competition in 2011, knows the latest fixture provides an opportunity for his team to set the record straight against Barcelona, according to Daily Star.
"I don't know if it's our best chance in years to beat them. It's our best chance no matter how big the chance is. We have to take it and have a go at them."

"In these big games in the first tie at home we can't be stupid. We have to find a good balance between defending and attacking."
